A great heater and the link to WiFi…
A great heater and the link to the WiFi makes it functionally very useful.
We use the remote connectivity a lot to enable us to heat the room before we need to use it.
Only issue was the iHeat connectivity tool, which was not user friendly however with the help of best electric we worked through the issues and now it works brilliantly.

Excellent customer service when we…
Excellent customer service when we visited the showroom to ask questions. We ordered online a week or two later and the radiators were delivered on time and in perfect condition. All fitted now and ready for winter.

Excellent customer service
The customer service at Best Electric is second to none. I spoke to James today as I had changed my broadband & was having trouble connecting my Wi-Fi heater to the app. He was very patient with me & went through the process step by step. The heater & app are now connected & are working perfectly. I’m also very pleased with my slimline curve heaters. Thank you James for your help today

Control panel is ridiculous
The screen on the radiator is ridiculously small you need magnifying glass to see. Very disappointed with screen to set times. Should have read other reviews on here with same feedback. Radiator works well as in gets hot etc but to programme is a nightmare due to size of font. Size 2. Do think this needed to be on info pre sale as I defo would not have bought this model had I realised screen on control panel was so ridiculous

We appreciate your feedback regarding the control panel on the Comfort Control electric radiator.
The radiator manufacturer has used this particular LCD model for over 15 years. There are also several other electric heaters/radiators on the market from different manufacturers with the same control panel as it is widely considered to be ‘discrete’ but fully functionable.
If you are considering purchasing additional radiators in the future, we have a newer model called the Slimline Curve which has become our best-selling electric radiator. The control panel is located on the top for ease of use. You are welcome to exchange your radiator model if you are still struggling with your current radiator.
We have forwarded our simple step by step guides via email however you are more than welcome to contact us anytime if you have further questions or require our support. We find it can be extremely helpful to speak to our technical support if you need a helping hand.

Good products / overpriced
Products were as expected if not very expensive compared with other company’s and was disappointed to be sent a discount to use on a second purchase and when purchased another was informed I couldn’t use it although your discount offer came with any exceptions which as I’m a retail manager is unacceptable

Yes they are smart looking, easy to install, easy to set up and use but ... £470 for an 1100 x 500 with extended lead is far too much for me to keep them as my 'go to' supplier.

We have sold +50,000 units of this range over the past 7 years. During this period we have kept the price of the radiator well below inflation even though the price of raw materials such as aluminium have soared.
Our prices are competitive in the market place however we realise there are cheaper alternatives in the world of electric heating. Conversely there are much more expensive options that are well over £1000 per unit sold by several well-known UK companies.
Spending less on an electric heating product can often be a false economy. Cheaper components sadly reduces the longevity and efficiency and on occasions the safety.
Our products are manufactured in Europe by an experienced electric heating manufacturer of +50 years. We also offer first rate customer support which is reflected in our TrustPilot rating.

Great service
Great service - ordered four radiators on Thursday, they arrived the next day, without having to pay extra!
Radiators all now installed and working very well - programming is infinitely variable and simple to set up, especially using the pre-programmed set-up.
Smaller and slimmer than my old radiators and very attractive.
