Fast delivery, my bag shipped quite quickly. Other websites wouldn’t deliver to my country so I decided to give Big Apple Buddy a try, happy it worked out :)

Very nice and gentle staff. Quick delivery. All the informations I needed were provided on the BAB-website, so there were no bad sursprises about tax costs or delivery time.

Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.

Les tarifs affichés sont attractifs mais une "Service fee" est facturée en supplément, ce qui rend le tarif beaucoup moins attractif. Cette "Service fee" est semble-t-il un montant facturé pour se charger de gérer votre achat... Un peu comme si vous alliez dans un commerce où les tarifs sur étiquettes étaient alléchants et qu'on vous demandait 50 € à la caisse pour gérer la vente...

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT - Arnaque aux frais d'importation

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience avec Big Apple Buddy. J'ai récemment effectué un achat en ligne auprès d'eux pour un moniteur pour bébé, mais je me suis retrouvé face à une véritable arnaque.

J'ai choisi la livraison en Belgique et j'ai même payé un supplément de 50 $ pour cela, portant le total de mon achat à 438,32 euros. Cependant, à ma grande surprise, j'ai ensuite reçu une notification de FedEx m'informant de frais d'importation exorbitants de 154 euros ! Ces frais ont fait grimper le coût total de mon achat à près de 600 euros, soit une augmentation de plus de 35 % !

Bien que j'aie contacté le service client pour exprimer mon mécontentement et demander une compensation, l'entreprise a refusé catégoriquement d'assumer sa responsabilité. Ils ont simplement fait référence à des avertissements sur les frais d'importation lors du paiement, mais ces avertissements étaient flous, peu clairs et incorrects.

De plus, j'achète régulièrement des articles aux États-Unis, expédiés en Belgique, et je n'ai jamais eu à payer de frais d'importation auparavant, surtout pas d'un montant aussi élevé.

Je trouve cette pratique commerciale totalement inacceptable et je vous conseille vivement d'éviter cette entreprise si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer.

Super fast delivery & extra kind staff - they sent out the product on 5th Jan, received it already on 9th Jan (and there was a weekend in between!). They were also really making sure that everything was fine with my order by even doing aftersales service and writing an email to check up on us if we are satisfied with the service and the product! :-) Very nice, keep on doing business like this guys, you are a positive example for everyone out there. Highly recommended! +++++

Purchased a gaming laptop through BAB.
The laptop arrived within the quoted timeframe (approx 10 days) and I saved around $700 Australian, after all costs including freight and import duties.
The overall experience was seamless with company being easy to use and maintained contact and communication at all times.
Totally recommend this company.

Excellent service, Great Delivery, Arrived so quickly and much sooner than I expected and just what I ordered

Great service that makes it easier and cheaper to obtain goods from the USA that are not typically available in the UK. The website is very intuitive and easy to use. The updates sent throughout the process were precise and timely. Great service overall and will definitely return.

Just got an update after having to raise a complaint to BBB as big apple buddy do not care about growth, healthy challenging from customers and it appears Ben the owner will lie through his teeth to try and get his way out of a complaint escalation and plead “we are just a small business”.
Luckily I have everything documented in emails and prove their unprofessional interactions with me and the fact that they have demonstrated further poor communication, lack of customer service skills and sheer disregard for a customer.
Big Apple buddy - just as you deem yourself a small business - your customers pay for services you promise and advertise and if you can not contractually provide the contractual services you advertise - Don’t lie and suggest you can or expect your customers not to complain.
If you don’t want paying customers buying from you in future because they tried to fairly resolve an issue with you directly after months of being ignored by the owner then communicate that to your customers. Why waste time

I really recommend using Big Apple Buddy. I used their services to preorder the new lenovo legion go from America all the way to UAE. The international priority shipping was expensive but I can assure you that the package arrived within 3 days I was impressed by the fast delivery and how well the package was packed. And also their customer support is really helpful.

My order arrived in good condition. Given this item is both highly price inflated and wont be available for many months in Thailand, this was well worth BAB's service charge.

The item was arrived a little slower than expected, but this is not unusual for a brand new VR set 2 days after initial release in the US.

Customer service was courteous, prompt, and helpful.

Very friendly and quick service. It took less than a week from I placed my order til I received the goods in Norway. They followed up all the way through and checked in with me after I received the goods to check that everything was ok.
I will use the service again and can highly recommend them!

I was nervous ordering an expensive electronic item from a service I had not tried however Big Apple Buddy thankfully were a dream to transact with. I was kept informed all through the procurement and delivery process and my goods landed fast from New York to Australia, in perfect condition. All domestic customs costs were clearly estimated in the process, and I was able to make additional local tax payments fast, ensuring delivery was not delayed.

I am not one for writing reviews, but the manner in which I was treated in my transaction with Big Apple Buddy and the speed and efficiency of the service warrants major praise.

I would not hesitate to use them again, and Phillis Chan and the founders of Big Apple Buddy have set the bar very high for online shopping services everywhere to try and be as good!

Absolutely perfect

Not necessarily a simple situation: delivery of a product from the USA to France, not imported by the manufacturer.

The delivery was impeccable and what can I say about the customer service... There was a glitch during delivery and the customer service was way above the standards of customer services we know in France. Listening, caring, active, reactive... I'm impressed and I'll definitely call on them for my next import if the product is in the catalog!
