Invested literally thousands into Brewdog as an Equity for Punks shareholder. All Equity for Punks investments were lost entirely when they sold on the company. Everybody waited for the float that never happened.

Ordered some beer after the PunkOG announcment and it arrived quickly, and exactly as ordered, and that was with a fragile glass in the box. While I'm not the most prolific when it comes to ordering beer, every time I do it is an easy and straight forward experience.

Ordered 48 cans of punk on Thursday lunchtime with my PUNKOG offer arrived Saturday at 4pm by Yodel excellent service thank you 👏🏼to all

J’aime beaucoup cette bière en revanche je n’en dirai pas autant du service client. Face à une commande de 100 euros jamais arrivé. Je demandais au moins un remboursement Toute demande reçoit d’avoir la même réponse disant qu’ils sont débordés et qui peuvent pas répondre. Ensuite nous on passe à autre chose et là ils répondent…. bref étant parti à l’étranger, je n’ai pas répondu tout de suite. On m’a donc renvoyé sur un bureau en Australie, semble-t-il j’ai de nouveau reçu un mail, tout fait m’expliquant qu’il pouvait absolument pas s’occuper de ce qui se passait en France. Donc j’en suis pour 100 € de ma poche avec avec des mails, très longs en anglais, disant que rien n’est possible

Me and my partner were meant to stay at the BrewDog Hotel in Manchester on the Monday after the Manchester Marathon as a treat for him completing it. We had pre-booked the stay using gift vouchers he received for his 30th birthday, only for our booking to be cancelled because the hotels were shutting down.
What’s been especially frustrating is that we were refused our gift vouchers back to use online or in the bar once BrewDog was sold. To make matters worse, on the actual day we were meant to check in, we still received an email asking us to check in anyway — and now seeing adverts promoting stays feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth.
We’ve always been loyal BrewDog customers, which is why this whole experience has been so disappointing.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and still no delivery date, I also contacted BrewDog no response.

Order was re-issued and eventually delivered, a £5 code was sent to me. Still not good that they need telling deliveries are not making it. Do not feel inclined to rate any higher as I waited three weeks.

Honestly, I absolutely love the taste of Punk IPA, normally a lager drinker & I used to purchase Super Bock by the crate. However since they dropped it from 5.2% to 4.7% I have switched over now to Punk IPA & buy 4 crates at a time. The first delivery was just left in the front forecourt in full view to passers by & quite damaged external box with some dented cans within. I did write to complain and ever since every delivery has been outstanding. I really hope Brewdog survives this ADMINISTRATION & continues to provide the exceptional beer we all love

Best beer I have ever tasted I only drink brewdog now punk being my favourite but they great selection there’s not one I don’t like and shipping was quick

Was running low on Elvis Juice and put in an order as I was worried with all the 'changes' happening around Brewdog, that my beloved Elvis Juice may have already left the building, so I needed to stock up. Contacted customer service initially, as the free glass offer wasn't working, which was resolved instantly. Unfortunately, when I received my order there was a small issue with one of the sauces I'd added to my order. I reached out to Brewdog to explain my problem, and Amber in customer services replied straight back with a response and arranged a replacement to be sent to me, and even a little extra something for the inconvenience. I was blown away by not only the speed of how this was resolved, but also the personal interaction and email replies in response. In a world where people are so very quick to complain, it is when things go wrong and how a company reacts and responds that really shows the true value of a great company and its employees, that really matter and care. Amber excelled in every way, and turned what could have been a pretty poor experience, into a memorable one, and keeping a very happy customer.

Order placed on 09/03/26. Yodel meant to deliver between 7am-9pm (which is a ridiculous delivery window). Order did not arrived, instead Yodel updated saying that they tried to deliver at 9.34pm (outside this delivery window) and it was refused at the door. Blatant lie on their part as I was in at that time and no one came to the door. In addition I had followed their tracking route throughout the day and they were all over the north east but never shown in my town. Very poor service, will not be ordering from them again.

Great customer service. I had an issue checking out with a gift card bought as a birthday present. Amber was great, emailed me back almost immediately and got the issue resolved quickly.

Bestellung im Deutschen Store getätigt. Nach einer Nachricht von Brewdog, dass aufgrund von hohen Aufkommen das versenden beeinträchtigt sei kam nichts mehr. Auf Rückfragen keine Meldung. Die Sendungsnummer steht seid Wochen auf den erstem Status. Entäuschend! Ich kann leider den Betrag nicht zurückholen, da ich mit Kreditkarte bezahlt habe.

Mexican lime gin is one of the most delicious gins! Brilliant customer service and Amber was so professional and helpful it was an absolute pleasure!

I had a damaged can in a pack of four, I contacted Brewdog and got a very quick reply. Amber was Extremely helpful and resolved my issue straight away even on Good Friday.

J'ai passé une commande le 14 février (Commande #52203), on m'a débité le 16 février et je n'ai toujours rien reçu ! J'ai essayé de les contacter par mail 2 fois mais j'ai juste une réponse automatique ! J'ai essayé de les contacter via Instagram et ils ne répondent pas non plus ! Ne commandé pas sur ce site !!

My server was Sam I could not get the QR code to work so just wanted to let you know he was very polite and helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable so 5 stars. Will come again because of him.

I ordered some glasses for my brothers birthday and they came in excellent condition and are well packaged to prevent any accidents. Website is really easy to use. Order arrived in a few days after ordering too. Would definitely order from here again.
