Very helpful and efficient service.
They took our old machine away and installed the new one. Something the big companies only half do as you have to disconnect your old machine for them. Very happy.

Dennis sorted out our microwave, got fixed little bit of a wait for the part but that was in the hands of the other company. Really happy with the whole service, excellent communication I will be calling them again if I have any repairs needed.

Great service
After ordering a fridge with freezer box online for collection in worthing branch, I collected a few days later when it was instore and was treated kindly and helped by the manager to the car with it.
10 out of 10 for great service.
Unfortunately it wasn't functioning correctly in oir summerhouse although it was described online as being cold safe to minus 10deg.
After contacting the right person from the business they changed for me without any issues.
They even picked up and delivered the new one for me!
Great customer service
Would recommend using them again
as they have good aftercare and friendly staff

All aspects excellent from start to finish
Shop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting suitable appliances to meet my needs (not the most expensive!). Delivery and fitting was organised around other commitments and carried out with care and professionalism.

Outshone the John Lewis drivers who couldn't be bothered to phone the recipient and therefore missed the delivery. They delivered in two days of the order and were very accommodating for the delivery times. Thanks very much
