Bridgend branch
Recently dealt with Chris at Bridgend, the price was lower than quoted online which was expected and a fair price agreed. There was no pressure and the process was well explained, money paid into my bank before 6pm the next day.

Absolutely pathetic was given a online…
Absolutely pathetic was given a online price of £2350 drove the car over 45mins to get to bridgend, the guy took the car out for a drive come back and and offered £600 due to back door not opening from outside (cable has come away from handle)
Was a couple in before us who also walked out when their valuation dropped over £1200
Total piss take i wouldn't recommend any1 to go there to sell your car

Was given a price but was reduced by £2000. Was shocked the rep tried to get more called his manager but he refused to budge dueto service history.
As I had already purchased another car I felt I had no choice but to go ahead. Next time I will wait until sold before purchasing a car.

I now need to update this review:
Since selling the car to cash for wheels, they have neglected to update DVLA. A parking ticket was issued at their premises 3 months after we sold the car. Despite numerous attempts of contact both directly with the Cardiff franchise and other members of the group, I have not had any communication from them. I have tried to show that the car was not in my name at the time of the parking ticket being issued and despite this I now have a CCJ in my name because of this. The most awful treatment and outcome that I have now got to appeal, or pay a solicitor to get the CCJ removed as this is understandably having an awful impact on my credit file. Avoid at all costs!

d experience. While Chris from Bridgend was friendly and professional, and the selling process was straightforward, the initial online valuations did not match the offers after inspection. At the Swindon branch, my car's offer dropped significantly due to minor issues, which was disappointing. Despite the lower offer, the sale process was quick and efficient, though the payment wasn't immediate as expected. Overall, while the service was professional, ensure you're aware of potential differences between online quotes and final offers.
