Quality has gone down and so has Customer Service
I have not received my refund and I used their shipping label and when I try to track it on DHL, it says the tracking number is invalid. Chinti & Parker sent me the return label, and they do not respond to my emails about this issue.

I understand your concern regarding the refund. Please be aware that, as outlined on our Returns and Refunds page, it can take up to 2 weeks for a refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Additionally, due to the recent bank holiday weekend in the UK, our customer service team has experienced delays in response times. This may have contributed to the delay in addressing your issue.
For the tracking issue, please double-check the tracking number and try again. If the problem persists, contacting DHL directly might provide further assistance.

I keep coming back to Chinti & Parker…
I keep coming back to Chinti & Parker for my cashmere items, not least because the brand collaborations like Snoopy and Mr Men just strike a nostalgic chord with me that keep my inner child satisfied, but the fit, feel and quality is just reliable. Loving the Mr Men collab and my cardigan makes a nice change from the jumpers I usually go for. Items I want to take good care of and know that they'll last if I do.
