Konti nalang papa NTC at DTI ko na kayo Converge Support Converge FiberX Converge ICT Solutions Inc. wala kayong Training sa mga Csr nyo. mga walang empathy e? Tas Nag apologies sa hold ndi sa actual concern ko? Nakakainit ng bungo. Tas Atat!!! mag ending closing? Manipulating CUSTOMER SATISFACTION by sending Expired/nonworking LINK. I'm not Effing satisfied!!!

5 escalations pang 6 ngayon wala parin nangyayari.

do you hate yourself? you wanna put yourself in a torture chamber without moving locations? you wanna feel like nothing ever works for you? you wanna get so pissed that patience is no longer a word you will abide by? you wanna lose ALL your progress on whatever your working on? you wanna suffer to the equivalent of the brazen bull? you want your happiness to slowly crumble with no effort? well look no further! buy Converge ICT and you will get exactly what i said!

Support team not helpful

Yung support line nyo napaka unhelpful. 6 months na ticket ko wala pading nangyayari? Continuous updated billing, pero may balance ka padin. I keep getting an email from you guys that my bills are not updated. You disconnected my line and when I called you reconnected it cause it's been a while now? Each time I call your line you place me on hold and disconnect me?

If there's a zero star. I'd choose it.

I requested reactivation of my connection.

I contacted both FB and Twitter Customer Service (CS).

After hours of waiting FB CS replied with the ff:
1. Pay 300
2. If the request is coming from the account holder, no document is required.
So, I paid and they said it will be activated in 24hrs.

Then Twitter CS replied:
1. Pay 300
2. Create a request letter
3. Valid ID

Since FB CS already said it will be activated IN 24hrs, I told Twitter CS that it's already processed by FB CS.

After 24hrs, nothing happened.

I contacted both, after 3hrs no response. All agents are busy.
I called their hotline; my load was used up. All agents are busy.

Then after 43hrs, Twitter CS replied that she sent follow-up.
After 44hrs, Email CS said:
1. Pay 500
2. Create a request letter
3. Valid ID
Then we will process your request.

Like after almost 2 days. My request wasn't processed!??? At all? After they said that it’s IN-PROGRESS???

I contacted Twitter CS again, and she said yeah, it's 500. And send the documents that FB CS didn’t ask for.
I contacted FB CS again, and with resistance insists that it's really 300 and that I need to show proof that other CS requested for 500. So, I gave her proof. And then said yeah, it's 500.

These incompetent CS (especially those in FB) wasted my 2 days and caused me a lot of stress.

And now, I’m still waiting that they activate my account.

What happened Vella?

What happened, Vella? Why is your customer service so bad? And also, my internet would either be down or the signal would be really poor for several days on end...with no further notice or proper warning even though I have paid... It's been like this for the past few months. 💔💔

grabe nag pa install kami ng 100mbps na wifi tapps ilang months lang naging 3mbps nalang, hindi pa nga consistent yan eh, tapos nung meron silang free upgrade mahina pa rin yong wifi tapps kaylangan pa magpakain sakanila eh wala naman sa contract yon napagastos pa uli, eh ang unfair na nga ng na rerecieve namin na wifi na sobrang hina tapos need pa bayaran ng maayos eh sila nga hindj maayos in the first place. matagal na to issue na to at kahit ilang beses mag reklamk is ganon parin talaga at walang ginagawa ang customer service nila

They deserved the lowest rate

They deserved the lowest rate. It's been 2 weeks no internet connection. After 2 hours of reporting they will marked our ticket solved even though it's not. Grrr so many ticket already. They should return our money

Terrible service

Still no internet access since last friday the day we installed and pay for the plan, till today monday May 12, 2025. No action, no updates no nothing, nada, zeeeerroooo. Better give back our money.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! I mean, how can a management allow these kind of agents who will just easily hang up the call? I applied for a plan upgrade + replacement of modem but there was no update about the replacement and I was already billed for the upgraded rate. Tried to contact the customer support but just hang up the call. Shame.

I lost connection since April 14th and…

I lost connection since April 14th and it's been two weeks of repeated follow-ups. Support doesn't even know if it's an outage or if it's an isolated issue since they keep on saying different things and opening different tickets.

Dont buy converge

Converge is so ass, the internet keeps spiking to good to absolute ASS CHEEKS.
how am i gonna play games with this kind of wifi. The first time we bought it, it was good, after a year its so shit. I dont understand why this shit wifi is so popular here in the Philippines, just buy pldt.

Absolutely Horrible Service in Tagbilaran, Bohol – Converge Doesn’t Care”I’m paying for 200 Mbps up and down in Tagbilaran, Bohol, but for the last 72 hours, I’m stuck with a pathetic 1 Mbps. ONE MEGABIT! That’s not even dial-up worthy in 2025. No warning, no notice, nothing from Converge—just pure silence while I’m left with a useless connection. Tried calling customer service multiple times, but the line keeps disconnecting like they’ve got a “drop call” button just for fun. It’s clear they don’t give a damn about their customers here. How can a company brag about being the “fastest in the Philippines” when they can’t even deliver 1% of what I’m paying for? Avoid Converge in Bohol—they’ll take your money and leave you stranded.

Nothing ever happens

4 days without internet and counting. Customer service has been terrible—hard to reach, and when you finally talk to someone, they just give scripted responses and can’t really help. They’ve promised technician visits multiple times, but nothing ever happens. It’s frustrating and disappointing. I’m starting to lose hope and may switch to a different provider. I would never recommend Converge.

Evil company

Horrible customer service. Expensive rates. Unreliable connection.

I had almost a month of no internet connection -- with no fix even up to the day I've terminated my account. Multiple support tickets were getting closed with no resolution. They will prolong the issue to force you to pay for your "active" account.

They will play all the tricks to steal your money. What a terrible company! Avoid at all costs!

Worst customer service ever. Been contacting them through emails and their Click2call service. There have been no response on my emails and once connected to an agent via Click2call, they'll put you on hold after a short introduction.

Horrible horrible customer service!

Horrible horrible customer service!! Not a real problem getting connected but if you have a service problem plan on calling every day many times a day. We got connected and had service for almost 2 weeks..then no signal...almost 2 weeks later after promising every day they would be out tomorrow we were finally reconnected..if you have another option I would take it!!
