Janine couldn’t have been helpful to give advice on getting best transfers from cruise terminal to airport for my return journey. Other staff have also helped with ease of checking in online.
Kimberly worked particularly hard to get the flights we wanted after a schedule change from our airline. Looking forward to our Alaska cruise holiday even more now.

I nearly always book my cruises with Cruise Nation and recommend to friends. Always the best prices and the packages put together are very well thought out. Last few years we’ve done Alaska, Ffjords, Japan and New England and all have been fantastic holidays packaged well by Cruise Nation. On our most recent trip to New England, Jemma responded so quickly to a last minute request to amend our booking to a different hotel. Can’t fault the service. Thank you

Terrible customer service
Recently wrote a review on cruisenation customer service. I had a valid complaint that I left a review about on here. A certain Natasha Crossley fobbed me off as most do. I requested to speak to her manager. She gave me an email address for some person called Phil. Phil feels he is too important to respond. I was totally ignored. Plenty other cruise sites happy to book with.

Great Service
Jemma was really helpful when rearranging our flights from Newcastle instead of Heathrow for our cruise. She was very informative and even found a direct flight from Newcastle to Barcelona instead of going via Heathrow.

Kimberley from CruiseNation’s was nothing short of fantastic. After booking our cruise via another agent, she rang me to offer alternate flights which were much better for our itinerary when she didn’t have to - she truly went above and beyond as is an absolute credit to cruisenation. This is our 3rd cruise booked with them and definitely won’t be our last, they are heads and shoulders above any other provider.
