Great sales team but let down by admin.
I found the sales team to be knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I viewed and test drove vehicles. The purchase process was straight forward. However an admin error meant that I received a stern DVLA notification that the vehicle road tax had not been successful having paid Desira this at time of purchase. The sales team sorted this for me, but sadly no apology from their finance department, this somewhat spoilt the whole experience and lost Desira 5 stars.

A very happy customer…
Customer service was of an extremely high standard. I felt valued as a customer and very well informed as I made a decision about the model of the car. The whole of the process from enquiring about a car to driving my car away was very smooth and I was kept up to date with necessary information. NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN
My wife purchased a Peugeot 3008 Gt line 2020 model with only 14700 miles on the clock, we arrived at their Bury St Edmunds branch, paid up front and they had forgotten to MOT the car, so waited for it to carried out and off we went, only six months later we had it serviced at their Lowestoft branch with an additional 1700 miles done from the purchase date, it was pointed out that three of tyres had deep cuts in them, and one tyre was near the legal limit, so we spoke to Desira branch in Bury St Edmunds they said the MOT passed at the time of purchase, but failed to mention to us the Off Side tyre was near the legal limit as I checked on the Goverment website and got a copy of MOT which stated this.
When I spoke to them about this and we said this tyre should have been changed at the time of purchase as it was so near to the legal limit, and their reply was ( well it passed didn’t it)!!!
I pointed out they we had purchased 7 cars from their group over past years and was very dissatisfied with the outcome, but that didn’t count for anything.
We will definitely not be purchasing any more cars from the Desira Group.
Just to point out the service etc we have received from the team at the Lowestoft branch have been great over the years especially Kevin the service Manager.

Second hand car, First Rate dealership… simples.
Bought an immaculate used car from Desira Vulcan Road. The experience was fluid, pleasant and considering I had travelled by train from the North West and planned to inspect, test drive and collect in the same day; the experience was fantastic. Much credit to the whole team at Desira for making that happen well and without hiccup. And also, great value and a great car.

Impressed with sales point and hope this continues with teething issues being rectified.
Our salesman Richard was excellent and helped/advised wherever he could. The test drive of the Jaecoo 7 was very informative and gave me a good opportunity to “feel” the car and test its capabilities/aides etc. Everything about the purchase was explained well and the process was quick and simple to complete. The car was prepared before collection and appeared okay. Unfortunately, on inspection before taking possession, there were a few minor issues with the panels exterior panels on the car. These were quickly noted and the salesman stated they would be rectified asap with him then emailing his service manager to get them booked in. Since then a few teething issues have appeared and again these are going to be remedied when the car is returned for its 1 month free inspection. Assuming all issues are correctly remedied the service received thus far has been very good. The car is a joy to drive and, given the issues to be rectified, provides everything it should to date.
