A very pleasant experience!
It was a joy to discuss and book our holiday with a knowledgeable, well informed, helpful and patient human person on the telephone. There was no thought of making us deal with a machine - wonderful for the older, slower generation such as us, who wish to book a holiday after having all their queries fully and clearly answered. Excellent service
Our aim was to book the package for the rugby league extravaganza in Las Vegas in Feb 27 on a one-way flight basis and then spend time touring and returning home from another part of the States. Amy Williams was our travel consultant and she had this all sorted in about half an hour. Amazing!! I have never used Destinology before but will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.
