Every single person I have spoken to for help in this debt company has been nothing but kind compassionate and understanding they have gone above and beyond to help me and treated me with nothing but respect and compassion especially a man by the name of Jordan I suffer with severe mental health problems and he done nothing but supported me the whole time may god bless you all

Fantastic customer service and easy to communicate
Jordan was so helpful and answered my questions quickly. He also made sure the amount I would be paying was affordable for me and asked me at every step was I sure about the amount and happy with it. The fact I was offered a 30% discount on my balance massively made my bill easier to stop ignoring it and be a more affordable amount for me to pay. Thank you again for your time Jordan.
