I had a phone call with Charlotte today and I cannot express my gratitude towards her.
Extremely polite,helpful,positive and quick to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Walked me through my options,listened to all my issues and gave the optimal solution for my case in less than 10 minutes. Definitely deserves a raise Charlotte and maybe employee of the month even.
Thank you again for everything and I will recommend to anyone who is worried to pick up the phone - go for it. It looks worrying and scary but the staff knows how to deal with your query and make it smooth as possible. All the best to Charlotte and your company and thank you again for your assistance. OGI employed this company to ask me to…
OGI employed this company to ask me to pay £80. I wrote to OGI to ask them to send me bags and also told them that they had not asked for the equipment to be returned. So this company was acting on behalf of OGI requesting money from me for another company I find this extremely intrusive on behalf of this company. As for OGi I will never ever use this company again. I asked questions of OGI and they did not reply to my email or did they sent the request in writing or send me bags to return the equipment. As for this company they work for companies that have no customer service and do not communicate to customers before passing payments on to a third party. Who know nothing of the situation. I find this very annoying. I have now paid so I want nothing else to do with this company or OGI.

Very helpful and supportive
Very helpful and supportive. Jordan helped me set up my payment plan with no messing about. Some companies try and bully you into making payments higher than you can afford but Jordan accepted my offer and double checked it was affordable, Very pleasant to deal with and took the stress out of the situation leaving me happy to deal with them as time goes on.

I was chased for a non existent sky…
I was chased for a non existent sky debt. Nothing was done to resolve it. I had no choice but to pay it because the consequences of not were worse than if I paid it. The debt was not mine - I had been scammed, sky said it had been resolved but clearly nothing had been done at Sky and at no point has anything been done to help me by DRA.

Had an outstanding debt with this company found it hard to make the payments I was struggling single mum and they understood they listened they communicated and now I don’t have to worry !
Charlotte the lady I was speaking with was so polite and down to earth made my whole anxiety go away ! Definitely not like any other debt company I’ve dealt with
