Digital DRA have claimed I owe SKY GLASS £69 despite the remarkable fact I have NEVER been a SKY GLASS customer now or at any time in the past.

I do not know where Digital DRA have got their information from but I will NOT be paying a debt for something I have never had.

No one likes debt collecting companies, but Simon at DIGITAL DRA has been nothing but nice and sincere for my situation. I explained with complete honesty on what I am currently dealing with finance wise and he helped me set up a payment plan that suits me, with the option to add to that or deduct from that if ever need be.
I didn’t feel pressured nor was I penalised, I felt very comfortable on the phone and very much appreciate the service he provided to help me.

Charlotte is an angel - I received an email from them detailing debt I owed and when I explained my situation that an ex partner had done this in the property he lived in and it was nothing to do with me, she responded to me to reassure me that this was being taken off.

To state you didn’t tell me to stop burying my head in the sand on my last review is a joke I’ve taken the email of your last response and I’ve sent you a screenshot of your message to me.

Tried to book on holiday, they on the beach reply they will confirm booking with in 24 hours I heard nothing for 48 hours, but they took £ 170.00 from my account, so I called to cancel any more payments. I had no confirmation that the booking was made and was told I had to pay 80% of the booking if I wanted to cancel.so I blocked from receiving any more money. Now the are asking me to £109 as a final payment or 40% discount £65.75 well I just sent them the £65.75 to digital and hope the matter is closed. Digital DRA is sending constant emails for payment to settle . For on the beach so now is settled

What a joke company, Emailed me about some alleged debt logged in and chatted to them using online chat told them I won't be paying it and and now they've closed the alleged account and are no longer perusing it, So gave up in less than 24 hours after contact sounds a very dodgy firm of chancers to me, Moral of the story get in touch tell them your not paying and that be the end of the matter. Don't pay these dodgy people anything

They pester non stop email after email u have to find money they just don't leave u alone I couldn't cope anymore absolutely ridiculous

I received a msg from digitaldra asking me to pay money I don't owe to So Energy, this is the 3rd debt collection agency that So energy have engaged all of which have accepted I have no liability So energy are being truly awful and bullying but Charlotte at digitaldra resolution team accepted my dispute and handed the issue back to So energy and apologised for the vexatious claim made by So energy thanks Charlotte

The digital DRA made every effort to resolve a outstanding payment from On the Beach.
