If you are not willing to expose your personal details, good luck dealing with them. Got a SMS saying that I have some debt. As far as I know I don't have any debt to anyone. So I emailed them to confirm weather its my debt or not, their email and WhatsApp support teams proved to be completely useless. After more than a weak of no results and frustration, I had no choice but to expose my personal details on their website just to find out that I have nothing to do with the debt.
Edit after reply:
Your client gave you the wrong information, and I was not the person you were meant to contact.
What about protecting the personal details of those who you contacted wrongfully. I did not wish to share any of my information with you, you refused to provide any evidence that the debt had anything to do with me. I was left with no choice but to enter my personal details in to your website. During which there was an issue, I had to contact you via your website support and provide my personal details again, just to find out that this has nothing to do with me.
Also, I did not make any comment about no response after a weak in the review. What I actually said was "After more than a weak of no results and frustration", no results as in the conversation did not provide any evidence that the debt was mine. But now that you mentioned it, the person I was in contact with via email simply stopped replying. So after waiting for 4 or 5 work days, I contacted you through WhatsApp.

Not sure if their intent is to intentionally cause people issues so they are left with no choice but to pay up or they are just digitally incompetent.
Digital DRA doing everything digitally apart from no one there is capable of using technology.
I got sent a letter from their client that unless I clear the debt within 28 days then I will have my credit file ruined with a default that they technically aren’t allowed to mark.
Didn’t explain what the debt is for… no way of contacting them over the phone and they do everything so slow that it makes me think it is an intentional tactic.
Because when I am racing against the clock they only reply to what they feel like on WhatsApp, so you have to chase them again. Which means it will take another 3 days to get a response.
They send you an email with letter from client and forget to attach it… “Digital” company who can’t even use basic technology!
But that then again takes time to rectify, so before you have a chance to dispute it your times up and you have to pay or have your credit file wrecked.
A joke of a company with their scummy tactics.

Regarding your reference to us being “digitally incompetent,” we would welcome the opportunity to understand your concerns more fully so that we can address them appropriately.
In relation to your credit file, we would like to clarify that we are a debt resolution agency and do not own the debts we collect on behalf of our clients. As such, we have no ability to add, remove, or amend any entries on your credit file, this can only be actioned by the original creditor.
When you initially contacted us requesting evidence of the outstanding balance, we promptly obtained the relevant documentation from our client and provided it to you as requested. We acknowledge that the attachment was not received with the first email; upon being made aware of this, we resent the documentation the same day, and the matter was resolved within two hours.
We can confirm that all correspondence received from you has been responded to within 24 hours. With regard to the payment, this was made independently by yourself via our online portal. If you believe the balance was not owed, we would kindly ask that you provide supporting evidence and we will review this as a priority. Please be assured that reaching the correct resolution is our primary concern, not simply collecting a payment.
Should you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by email. If it is confirmed that the balance was not owed, we will of course arrange a full refund. We also want to reiterate that we have never stated we are able to update your credit file, as this falls outside of our capabilities.

I have set up a payment plan in which the money has been taken every month, but I am still receiving messages to set up a payment plan, they have no information on where my payments have been sent even though I set it up on their website. Contacting via whats app is a joke. Im happy to pay but would appreciate knowing if I have been scammed. Can not get no sense from this company

Didn't owe the amount I was being…
Didn't owe the amount I was being harassed for. Even after proving it, but constantly received emails phone calls, then eventually get offered a settlement that is near what I did owe. Hopefully leave me alone now.
