When a company I had disputed a…
When a company I had disputed a historic balance with had referred to this company . They helped with investigations and had the balance outstanding eventually dropped . I would like to thank them for their continued support and patience in this matter.
The emails were professional yet friendly with no demands and threats of court action etc

I was contacted by the digital DRA as…
I was contacted by the digital DRA as someone had stolen my identity and opened a loan with a client of theirs, and it looked like I owed some money. When I asked for support to understand what I could do about it, they kept on asking me to send them personal information via email. When I said I wasn’t comfortable to do it in weiting and wanted a phone call, they said there wasn’t anything else they could do, told me that I could incur in further penalties and even legal action, and sent me payment options. Whilst I understand this is a digital company, your processes need to be updated. When someone mentions they’ve been a victim of fraud there needs to be a way to support them. Fraud is a serious issue that affects many mentally so you should do better.

I was dealt with by a young lady called…
I was dealt with by a young lady called Jess. I explained my situation with a previous provider whom I was waiting to receive a final bill from however after eight months this bill still had not been provided and my current provider was waiting to receive this final bill so that they could pay as agreed on switching with them. Jess is now on the case and is going to find out where it is and is going to send it through an email so that I can forward it to my current provider thank you Jess for your patience while I explained this to you five star review as she was very good at her job thank You.
