Had a very pleasant experience at the Walton store. Ioana the sales representative was very attentive and patient and whilst she made me aware of everything that was available to me, didn’t push to ‘upsell’ anything.

I visited twice in the same day as I needed to spend a little more time in the store and Ioana remembered my name when I returned which I felt showed her engagement in our earlier discussion which I appreciated.

There can sometimes be a lot of choice which can be overwhelming, but my visit was made seamless by the great customer service.

I purchased two beds from dreams and had them delivered.I was given a day and time for delivery, the team confirmed this the morning of delivery and a follow up text when they were on the way. They used protective covers over their footwear before entering the house. They removed my old beds, then got the new beds in, fitted headboards and put mattress on the divan, checked the draws worked properly and that i was satisfied. They were helpful, efficient and very careful when moving the beds. I would highly recommend as the customer service from start to finish was excellant. SF

We ordered a bed mattress and headboard at beginning of December 2021. We were meant to receive it on 16th Jan although they did say there was a chance we’d get it before Christmas. Then a week before delivery told it was delayed. Then when received new date for end of January got another call and we were told bed still couldn’t be delivered and advised to order anothet bed as unsure when it would be available from supplier. Given guarantees that there would be no issues with this one. Bed meant to arrive tomorrow but just had a call at end of feb now to say this bed too was unavailable and unsure when it will be in stock and wouldn’t be delivered Couldn’t give a date. The lady from dreams sounded like she had no idea when bed would be back in and to make matters worse had no ideas of any other beds That they could deliver: Nearly 3 months now and no bed. We’ve been on floor since November. They might be nice in store but at the moment you need to know this is a bed store with no beds. Avoid at all costs. I massively regret buying a bed from dreams. Now giving up hope in this ever coming good.

We visited the Walton-on-Thames showroom on 14th January and to start with had a bad experience with the first sales person that greeted us, he was rude, not very helpful and then disappeared to go and serve somebody else and just left us in the store not knowing where to look for what we were wanting.

However, as we were about to walk out we were spoken to by another sales person called Chris and he could not have been more different, he was very attentive, very knowledgeable about all the products and then helped us to get the right mattress and bed for us based on our requirements. I would certainly recommend people to visit this store, but please ask for Chris and I doubt you will be disappointed.

Visited store looking for a sofa bed to suit my needs and left with a great purchase

Very helpful in store, and stayed past closing time to assist in purchase. Delivery was on time, and very helpful.

At first we thought the cost of the mattress we had chosen was maybe a little on the expensive side. However, it is excellent and it really is a DREAM.

We went to our Walton on Thames store and we were greeted by the very helpful Saleem. He showed us all that we were looking for and due to his amazing helpfulness we were able to get all the answers we needed and we brought a bed frame and a mattress.

My husband and I ventured to the Walton store to look for a king sized mattress. The Sleep Match recommended a good selection for us to try and after trying most of the store's mattresses (for good measure) we ended up buying the first one Sleep match recommended!
Chris gave us the time and space to make our decisions and happily accommodated when we asked to try "off book" mattresses. At no point did we feel he just wanted to close the sale. Fantastic customer service!
