What I ordered, delivered promptly 🙂

Fast and efficient processing of my order and fast delivery

I bought a new baffle plate and replacement fire bricks for my ESSE Ironheart Eco a couple of months ago. Ordering through their website was straightforward and delivery was prompt, despite the order being placed while they were closed for their summer break.

Everything arrived very well packaged, particularly the fire bricks, which are obviously quite fragile. The parts fitted perfectly and were straightforward to install.

Overall, a very good experience. I’ll have no hesitation in buying from ESSE again when I next need replacement parts for the stove.

Speedy delivery and very happy with the quality of the product

Had a customer who has a an Esse range cooker, needs new parts, order parts, not sure how it takes 3 days for somebody to pick order then about the same again to get it delivered. So ordered on the 2nd September sent email and got a response, that is when I found out about the 3 days. I was informed it woukd be with me by the 9th, called on the 8th at 4.50pm to enquire about tracking etc to find out they forgot to send it out, so then I was informed it would be sent out next day for 10.30am delivery on the 10th, and guess what no delivery before 10.30am. So still waiting for parcel so I can fix the customers cooker which has been out of action 2 months before the customer called me. I have had to call numerous times to find anything out, email for my receipt, get tracking number as nobody seems to want do anything unless you ask for it. This is first and last time I will deal with Esse and I feel sorry for anybody who has bought one of their products, as a gas engineer I am wasting so much time chasing up when I could be earning instead...

Ordered a spare for my ESSE gas fire which I checked was in stock before ordering.
Charged a not unreasonable amount for carriage but after waiting 6 days I enquired as to delivery. Advised that it was leaving the next day. So it either took 6 days to get off the shelf and into a package or it had been forgotten. I suppose we all get used to Amazon delivering when expected. Could do better.

Items arrived very well packed and within the stated timescale. ( Due to the August holiday season I was notified that my order would be slightly delayed. So there was good communication from the company. )

Great company. Had all the spares I needed to refurbish my stove. It’s also cheaper to buy from the manufacturer than third parties on eBay and you can then be sure that the parts you received are top quality. I highly recommend ESSE. 5 stars.

We have had our Esse log burner now for over 14 years - it has served us really well over cold winters in Scotland. I have used Esse numerous times for parts such as replacement firebricks and always received excellent service. This time it was for a new door lock catch now fitted and working well.

Good response from customer services helping with which kit to buy, but when the kit arrived I had to trim the pieces to get them to fit and there is no instruction in the kit or on the website.

Good customer service. Sent required part and clear instructions to repair the oven.
Nice that the ovens are built to be repaired and ESSE supports this.
