Great customer service

I rang to confirm I had selected the right parts, paid on the website and they arrived a few days later.
Great customer service. The grate bars I ordered were excellent quality and fit perfectly

Excellent company to install (Waveney…

Excellent company to install (Waveney stoves and Ecoflue).
Always on time and just got on with it. Kept the house tidy, were always polite with excellent workmanship.

They made the stove look like it had always been there.
The stove is well made and positioning is carefully considered for the hot plate and oven. I love that I could cook directly over the embers with an additional shelf provided.
I must remember that cooking takes quite a lot longer than in the electric oven!!

A totally great experience.

The whole experience of buying, installing and using my lightheart cook stove has been a revelation compared to any other company l have ever delt with they really are bothered. I cannot rate this firm highly enough. The service is phenomenal.

I pay a monthly fee to your company

I pay a monthly fee to your company, supposedly to cover breakdowns on system. My system stopped generating on 17th March. I’ve put in two tickets without any response as yet.
