Good service and postage

I can always get the parts for my Esse Cooker when I need them ,and the delivery is always on time which to me is such a bonus Thank you

For the 350 stove I have found the baffle plates to be of poor quality and need to be replaced every three to four years. The back plate is very poorly designed and cracks where the logo is attached. Some other parts are very well designed and of a high quality

Absolutely love our Esse cooker. It not only looks lovely in-situ, it cooks in complete silence (unlike our previous fan oven) and the food that comes out definitely tastes better.
We bought direct as we live nearby and there was no hard sell, just a great demo/explanation of the various cookers and why they are so good.
Installation was quick and reasonably straightforward given they use a robot to carry it into the house (including up and down the various steps) which was impressive.

Good response from Cust Service with a query from me. All delivered within 2 days and exceptionally well packed.

Great company to deal with, offered great advice and products are top quality.

Easy to fit it's just like the original

I easily found the spares I wanted on the web site. When refurbishing my stove, I discovered that I did not need one item as the original was still in very good condition. I then contacted Esse who were happy to accept the item to be returned for a refund. Great company and great products.

Well it was missing one of the order parts but hey I love the brand and my log burning 990 cooker. Esse had no quibble/query on sending through the missing order part so bravo!! great customer services!!

Easy to use website and swift arival of product after order was confirmed. Payment by debit card was no problem.

Slight problem with fitting a new oven door latch, but this was resolved in full, quickly by the team at ESSE. Even the postage costs were refunded. Excellent customer service.
