Good contact on phone with company. I was really pleased that they negotiated a display model for me because it made the model more affordable and Glen answered my various questions. I love the stove.
The difficulty I had was the 2 months long wait for delivery. I understood the stove was to be delivered the day after I moved house on April 23. In fact it came June 16. I had to wait 8 weeks!

Had an issue with the front corroding on a fairly new 1000T. Contacted them expecting to be fobbed off. Was asked to send some photographs and a few hours later I was told that although the cooker was out of warranty, it should not have corroded so the front will be replaced free of charge. Which they duly did. Fantastic customer service, really pleased.

Where do I start…..we recently purchased a 1000XPro cooker made by Esse.

From the very first enquiry through to visiting the showroom the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. Everyone we met was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help, taking their time to answer our many (many!) questions.

Nothing ever felt rushed, the visit itself was a pleasure with the added bonus of a visit to the lovely cafe next door.

When making a significant purchase like this you naturally hope everything goes smoothly, and it did.

As for the cooker itself I’ve loved every minute of using it. I only wish I’d made the switch years ago. The flexibility of the Esse has been a huge advantage for us, working alongside our air source heat pump and solar battery this helps keeps energy costs down - something that’s more important than ever.

All in all, an exceptional product, backed by outstanding service. Highly recommend.
