Worth the trip
FCI have the best selection of modern , top quality furniture we’ve found.The showroom is a bit off the beaten track but is worth the journey.
Staff are very helpful and their delivery team were excellent.

Very good experience
Service was very good overall - both in store and after the order was placed. We were kept advised of likely delivery date despite the difficulties around Covid-19. The actual delivery staff were helpful and assembled the items efficiently, leaving the rooms in good state.

We decided to purchase a new Leolux…
We decided to purchase a new Leolux armchair, and matching footstool during lockdown. We knew what we wanted to buy already, but we were very impressed with the excellent range of furniture that FCI offers. We had anticipated a long wait due to the unprecedented time, however Sanjay was absolutely brilliant and orchestrated our sale very swiftly. The chair and footstool arrived on time, and the help has been top-notch.
We will definitely purchase at this company again.

Naustro Italia Sofa
We purchased a Naustro Italia reclining sofa in February before the lockdown and, It was delivered on the end of May. We are disappointed by the standard and comfort of our sofa as it feels completely different to the display model. We have had this sofa for just over a month and a divot has already appeared from usage!!! Additionally, when we sit on the sofa it makes rustling noise as though there is some kind of plastic sheeting beneath the covering. I have spoken to a representative from FCI called Izar on the 23rd of June, however he has yet to respond to my concerns. I would not expect this kind of after sales service from a company that purports to be a sophisticated contemporary furniture supplier especially, at the premium price commanded

Cane-line product at a great price
Cane-line product at a great price. The delivery men carried the furniture in to the back garden, unpacked it all for me and took all the packaging away. They were very pleasant and helpful.
Will definitely purchase from FCI again.
