Great product and excellent quality
Great product and excellent quality. The team are very helpful and during an unprecedented situation the team were able to deliver and install promptly with no issues. Cristina, Izhar and the logistics team were all very helpful. Products from FCI are not only built to last a lifetime but really to transform and enhance rooms.
My second time doing business with FCI and I am sure it will not be the last!

Excellent service, Ella was lovely, very patient and helpful. Communication was good throughout despite the chaos everyone had to deal with during lockdown and Italy’s complete shutdown.

They have a very nice showroom and a great range of products, but unfortunately my customer experience has been awful. I took a 3h roundtrip to visit their showroom, spent more than an hour there discussing options for a wall mounted tv unit, emailed them pictures of the space and detailed measures as requested to receive a design proposal and quote.
I never heard back from them and when I sent an email reminder I was told they would send the proposal by end of day..unfortunately it's been two months now and I haven't heard yet and won't contact them again.
Update (May 2020): After my negative review and the response from the manager the shop contacted me and we completed the request for quote that we had initiated. After all we have decided to not go ahead with the order, but we appreciated the fact that Mr Nagree and team cared about our customer experience.

Good experience with FCI. Everything worked out really well with FCI from visiting the showroom to finalise the sofa. I highly recommend FCI. Delivery was spot on as well and service was best from the begining to the end. Thank you Izhar.

Perfect u shaped sofa with recliners
Was helped by Dinesh at FCI in Januray to find a sofa for my living room. He has a great eye and knew exactly what I needed before I did. Had a stunning U-shaped sofa delivered to me on March 14th The delivery guys were polite and efficient. It fits the space perfectly and the whole family could not be happier with it particularly during these difficult times when it is used more than we imagined it would be. I thank you

SO pleased with our Leolux furniture from FCI
Overall I am very pleased with the Leolux furniture I purchased from FCI. The sales person I dealt with, Izhar Syed, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst we finalised exactly what furniture we wanted. The delivery people were very polite and helpful. Great company to deal with overall.
The quality of the furniture is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend FCI to friends and family.
