Not received my refund after returning products. 2 months later and After almost a dozen emails, which always results in ‘We have processed your refund and it should be with you in 2-5 days’, they are now ignoring my emails. The one product I did keep is also tearing after just a couple of uses. Won’t be buying from this company again.

I have had a terrible experience with Flux undies. I own many pairs of period underwear from other brands (Thinx, WUKA) and decided to try Flux as I thought they were a UK based brand. I received a damaged pair of underwear and contacted them about them on 2nd June 2020. I was asked to send photos of the underwear so I did. They responded saying they could not see the images so I sent them again in a different format, and again they said they couldn't see them so I sent them as PDFs. This whole ordeal took about 5 days. Since then I have hardly heard from them as the person I am in contact with says she is looking into it with their team and is waiting for an update. I have tried contacting them on their Instagram, Twitter and on their "live chat" but have never had a response.
I will never be purchasing from them again.

Patience is running out here! My order that was placed through their website on 5/26/20 (3 weeks ago), paid for 3-7 business day shipping, is still not delivered. Money was charged up front, no communication about the delay until I emailed them several times. When I finally got a tracking, it's shipped from Germany through Deutsche Post DHL instead of Royal Mail. It shouldn't make a difference that this is shipped to US! I wish I have ordered something similar from Amazon instead. Please, SAVE your money and ENERGY, do not order from them!!! I don't want more people have to go through the frustrations and scams from this unprofessional business.

When I got my order, I realised that Hi-Waist undies were too small and not a good fit for me. The Fluxundies customer service had confirmed to me that I would receive a refund after returning them. I sent them back four weeks ago. Since then I have sent them several emails regarding the refund and haven't got any answer. They have now stopped communicating with me completely. As the undies are not cheap, they currently owe me about 60 pounds. It is the worst customer experience I've had so far!

After few emails, finally, fluxundies did communicate with complete satisfaction and help. In fact, top management also came into picture to help in every possible way.
Hence, I am quite grateful to fluxundies for taking care of even international customers.

AMAZING. Tried these recently and they have changed my period. I will never use a tampon / pad again!

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Complete waste of time and money! I ordered 3 pairs of panties on 8th March and paid a total of £60+. Items arrived relatively quickly although this is where my problems started! I wanted to return 2 of my items as they looked a lot bigger in real life and much like granny pants, bulky and loud when you touch them, can't even imagine wearing them. In order to return an item you need to request a refund to be approved on their website. I have submitted multiple requests in the space of 14 days (the exact period you are allowed to return an item) with no response. I emailed them tens of times until they finally responded with an address for the return, which I had to cover the cost. they specifically requested I do NOT use a tracked service.....another 20 days later they still haven't refunded me and the generic response I received to my many emails was "we will check and come back to you". Eventually after a total of 30+ and MANY strong worded emails I finally got my refund. save yourself the trouble and dont bother. A bunch of scammers!

First of all this company has extremely bad if non existent customer service. Beware once you buy one at £27!!! You can’t change your mind. I tried forever to get a return authorisation but no one gets back to me to force me to keep the item.
Secondly you need a different pair for each day which is a considerable expense and how are you going to wash this thing if it’s soaked? Not very economical at all.
But worst part is there terrible behaviour in not accepting returns. Not recommend!

Underwear has bypassed my expectations and really changed my period! Wish I had these before now!!

I never leave reviews for anything, but the experience I've had with this brand is so bad that I want to warn anyone who's thinking about ordering from them.

I placed an order at the end of May but didn't receive my package until the end of July, even though they promise shipping within 3-5 business days. When I finally got my package, there was one item missing from my order. I was told that they would sort it out 'immediately' but it's the end of September and I still haven't heard or received anything.

Customer service is worthless (I've been going back and forth with them for 3 months, the thread is 14 emails long at this point). They reply very quickly but make empty promises or give vague excuses.

Big disappointment.

EDIT: they’re also deleting comments about these issues from their Instagram now. Way to go.
