Amazing product. I switched to reusable pads from disposable last year as I wanted to save money and help the environment, but they slipped around in my pants and it wasn’t like wearing regular underwear. Flux are like regular underwear! It’s taken all the hassle out of having my period. There is no bad smells or leaks, I just rinse them under the tap and then put in the wash. And this way I don’t have to wash pads and pants, just the pants! I cannot stress enough how good these are! Get a pack of 5 and don’t look back :)

wouldn’t recommend. had a pair for a couple months, washed them and they split completely down the back. followed proper directions and through no fault of my own this happened. proceeded to contact them and they told me i couldn’t get a refund because it was out of the 60 days although it was the product that was faulty itself not a problem i had with it. they aren’t amazing to begin with, off sizing, don’t soak anything up so feel soggy and terrible customer service for the price.

I’ve been using them for almost a year now and I wouldn’t go back.

They work great for lighter flow days, I actually wear them on non-period days as well!!

I discovered this brand three years ago, and have been a loyal customer ever since (even after Brexit).
I often forget about my menstrual cup and end up using Flux alone instead (go for the Sleep Shorts!).
The Customer Service is simply amazing - I turned to the Team twice, both issues were resolved right then and there.

Flux Undies are my favourite period product brand. All their undies are beautiful and incredibly comfortable, discreet & leak proof. I’ve used many reusable period products in the past and since using Flux undies I’ll not use any other brand!

I love these - I've never tried period pants before but they feel really comfortable and secure. I'm confident they won't leak, I would absolutely recommend them (I have a medium flow). The fabric feels really good quality like it should last well, but I've only used them 1 cycle so I can't vouch for this yet.

What an ordeal. I live in Greece. I ordered an item from Flux Undies on August 25, online. I never received it, so on September 29 (they ask you to wait 21 working days) I asked for an update. They said, verbatim, "I'm sure this is probably lost" and dispatched a new one on October 4. I still didn't receive it, and on November 12 after asking for an update I got an email from Flux Undies saying, "I can see your order has been sat at the border for over a month". I requested a refund as the purpose for which I'd ordered the item was long past (I had ordered it with a specific event in mind, based on their shipping estimate), but they did not issue me one and instead said they would escalate it with the courier. On December 10 I was informed by the post that they had sent the item back to the shipper as delivery had failed. I work from home every day and I also gave my and my husband's cellphone numbers for the courier as Flux Undies had requested, so I don't know how delivery could have failed. Anyway, I saw that on December 18 the item reached Flux Undies. But I didn't hear anything, so on December 22 I emailed Flux Undies and finally got an email saying that they will refund the item but not the shipping costs that I paid for at checkout. So, here I am 4 months after having ordered the item, having paid for shipping that never was delivered. I don't know if it's Brexit that caused the delays, but I can say that I haven't had issues with deliveries of other items from the UK. In any case, it was a huge, huge pain. If you live outside the UK, you might want to consider delays in shipping. And if you want a refund, my experience is that you don't get one until you've gone through an extremely long process, and even then you don't get the shipping cost back.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Flux Undies. My life has changed completely when it comes to those 3/4 days of the month. I have a very heavy flow and was always very uncomfrtable as I used an average of 20 disposable pads every time. The cup was not an option for me due to the heavy flow and this was the best solution. Comfortable, "sexy" and clean, that's how I have been feeling. Also, environment friendly, what can I ask more?

I cannot comment on durability or compare to other brands but they were comfortable and reliable. I almost felt like I didn't have a period and they coped with quite a heavy flow.
Update: They are good, but I found they cannot be used as a complete replacement for pads during very heavy flows, mainly suitable for medium to light flow/

I odered two pairs of Flux undies and there was an error in the shipment. Received one pair the wrong size. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent a replacement pair! Couldn't ask for better and prompt service!!!

I ordered the wrong size to strat with, when I noticed I emailed to see if I was able to change but they had already been despatched, no problem when they arrived I sent them back and flux emailed me when they received them and asked what size I would like instead. They kept me updated the whole way through the process and didn't charge me for the postage of the correct sized pairs either. Excellent customer service. The undies are lovely very well made so soft and comfortable. Wish I'd made the change to period knickers years ago. As an endo and pcos sufferer I can have some very heavy periods. Haven't leaked through these and felt comfortable in them all day. Highly recommend. I will definitely be getting more pairs.

Great products great customer service. I placed two orders separately and the delay in stock had been quite long. Communication with customer service is fantastic though and the products when they arrived were worth all the wait. I've had 3 other brands of period pants but flux by far is the best fit amongst them all. Softest material too. I can't wait to use them for my next period to see how well the absorbency will be.

I made a large order and the email said it would ship in 5-7 days. More than that time had past without my order showing up. I reached out to the customer service and I got put with the Speedy Gonzales of support, Freya. They looked into my order got the information I needed and was super personable.

I never review anything but the customer service team were brilliant in helping me sort out which size and ones would work best for me.
These are actually really good. I don’t use them for periods but for small bladder
leaks. I’ve got a pair of the sleep shorts and a pair of the essential ones. I prefer these Flux to the other washable pants I have that are actually supposedly designed for urine leaks.
These Flux ones don’t have the clammy feeling my other ones have, and they look really nice.

The customer service team said these sleep shorts are a new range so they probably won’t come down in price for now but to look out for percentage sales and get them then.

The only thing that I have a tiny little moan about is that there are not that many styles in store.
Waiting in on deliveries is not my thing. But I was able to track my delivery online and follow my order and they did come the day after I placed it so I’m really not complaining!

This is the best period underwear it’s a complete game changer! No more uncomfy pads moving about in your knickers and no more sanitary waste. These are comfy, leak proof and they look exactly like normal knickers nobody would even know the difference. Thank you so much flux! Always come fast and I have never had a problem, I have ordered multiple times and I will order more

FLUX Undies is an amazing brand. Their products are very well done and high quality and the variety of models allow you to find the one that fits better for you. In addition, I love their environmental sustainability and especially their ethical manufacturing which is explained in detail on their website. The customer care service is fast and the staff is really kind!
