Great experience for the confort and the environment.

This is my first purchase and definitely not the last. These period undies are way more comfy and true to size than another brand I tried! The cotton material of the limited edition set is really nice and wearing them all day feels like any other ordinary underwear, which is great. I also tried overnight, no leak. The pair took longer than a week to arrive but under the current circumstances that is to be expected. I am converted and will now be saving up for the next pair :-)

I will never go back. SO comfy and super protective just make sure you get the right size

I have been looking around for this type of product for a while, and after reading other peoples reviews decided To by some period pants. I was however still a little unsure about just how good they would be. I have heavy periods and have to wear night pads for coverage throughout as other products don't work well on me. But these are incredible. Easy to wash and no (bloody) mess. They haven't leaked. They take a while to dry due to the lining so I advise in getting a few to start off with. Have completely changed how I feel now on that time of the month.

Great customer service and an excellent product. I would highly recommend these undies. A good range for anyone wanting to switch from disposables and do their bit further the planet!

These are among some of my favourite period pants! I love how the material feels on my skin and the actually look of them! I use them on my lightest days and they do a fabulous job keeping me comfy and leak proof - I'm between size 12/14 and went for 14 which fits perfectly 😊

Brilliant undies, super comfy and I'm so glad I tried an alternative to pads/tampons. Deffinately a convert! Also want to say what amazing customer service I received. The high waisted undies I ordered started to fray around the leg elastic and the mesh side panel was pulling at the seam, I contacted them and the wonderful yasmin sent me a replacement pair right away (they have improved the side mesh) the new pair feel even better quality and more comfortable than the original pair. Will definitely be ordering more.

Great experience shopping with Flux. I can't believe I went so long without trying period undies - I'm never going back. These are super comfortable and a good fit, and I'm really pleased Flux offer seamless period undies as I haven't found these elsewhere. Pretty true to size/almost on the small side.

For the lighter days these undies are excellent. Comfortable fit and a safe feeling. Smooth edges so no VPL.

Just love them - perfect product and perfect service. Ordered several times already, information, tracking, bonus points all were well reported. They are not pushy with newsletters, I always read theirs as they come with great values.

Excellent pants with great absorbency, easy to wash, not too smelly, no leakage, keep their shape and able to use over and over again. Much better for the environment.

I wish I would have read these reviews first. Website says open during COVID. Website says returns accepted. Long story short, they’re not in the office for returns now because of COVID. Because I had the Royal Mail tracking number and live in London I was able to retrieve my item and give it to a friend. Horrible customer service.

I ordered from Flux on 11 May and received an email the same day confirming dispatch of my order.
My order arrived promptly but when I tried the product on a couple of days later I noticed there were some larger holes in the mesh near the seam which I wasn't happy with as they were very obvious. I emailed customer services on 14 May with a photo of the imperfection requesting a replacement.
I received a response the following day staying they could not see the photo and asking me to send a smaller version, which I did. After sending it a couple more times and then still being unable to see the picture, I sent it on Instagram on 18 May which I told them by email ("I have attached a very cropped version, in addition to sending it via Instagram DM (Instagram username is @______)") and they emailed me back saying "Thanks for getting back to us.
May I just confirm, you have sent the photo in Instagram?
I look forward to hearing from you." Not sure why this was necessary, wouldn't be a big deal but their responses always took 1 working day which meant that I was a day further from having the issue resolved.
They advised on 20 May they would have their team look into it, then on 22 May offered me a partial refund or a replacement subject to my return of the faulty pair.
I was required to pay for the return postage - I took a couple of days to mull it over and responded on 26 May that I would like a replacement, and requested confirmation that I'd be reimbursed for the postage costs as the return was due to the item being faulty so not my fault.
Due to covid and my local post office having restricted opening hours I couldn't post until 12 June. I included a note with my order number and that I was returning for a replacement due to a fault and included the name of the advisor I had been exchanging emails with. I had not heard or received anything by 29 June so I emailed to chase it up and requested confirmation that the replacement would be processed and the postage refund would be issued. This was confirmed to me on 30 June.
I followed up on 10 July stating I hadn't received a refund or replacement yet. They responded on 13 July asking me to fill out a "declaration of non receipt" form which is something I've never heard of before. This was sent in PDF format which was irritating to fill out as it couldn't easily be done without printing it out.
At this point I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested instead of a replacement just to receive a refund for the pants and the postage costs, as it was proving to be more effort than it was worth and I didn't want to continue dealing with the company or give them my custom.
On 14 July they replied asking how much the postage costs were (I had already told them this when I chased up on 29 June at which point they said they would process the refund.
On 16 July they said they weren't sure if they could give me a refund for the pants because they weren't sure if they had been dispatched yet.

They then emailed on 23 July stating they couldn't refund me as the replacement pants had already been despatched, but when I checked the tracking I can see they were only despatched on 23 July, so they intentionally neglected to refund me and waited until they could be bothered dispatching the replacement before telling me they were unable to refund me, in order to keep my custom.

Honestly, getting this issue resolved was like getting blood out of a stone and I would not recommend anyone deal with this company. The pants seem okay (haven't tried them out on my period yet) but the customer service is dire and they seem to operate in a dishonest way.

I'm really irritated that they waited a week to dispatch the replacement then used that as an excuse not to refund me.

Faulty initial pair and initial customer service response was poor but they are clearly trying to improve and got in touch to arrange for a replacement. Replacement was sent and item seems to be of much better quality (only used twice so far).

As a product, its a fantastic idea and so much better for the environment than disposable options. If I am honest, I prefer a competitor because they dry much quicker and are equally absorbent.

Not received my refund after returning products. 2 months later and After almost a dozen emails, which always results in ‘We have processed your refund and it should be with you in 2-5 days’, they are now ignoring my emails. The one product I did keep is also tearing after just a couple of uses. Won’t be buying from this company again.
