Although there was an error in my delivery, Freya in Customer Services was extremely efficient in addressing the problem and was polite and helpful.
The company is easy to contact and immediately responsive which is a comfort and reassuring.
I find the products a wonderful alternative to disposable products- surely a no brainer for the environment and our finances!

The product seems ok. The sleep shorts are comfy to sleep in and it feels very safe. I like the other pants too but couldn’t get the ones I had wanted. The communication wasn’t great about the fact one of my items was on a delay due to contradictory information on the page. So they didn’t send any of the items! No updates were sent. I had to contact them over a month later and I had to make suggestions on what to do about it. If you order products such as these you need them so I don’t get the process behind not sending them.

Super fast delivery and amazing customer service. The team really go above and beyond, I made a mistake while ordering, but Yasmin was so much help and had it sorted in no time. And the products themselves are great quality and super comfortable as always!

I’ve now ordered twice from Fluxies, and I’m telling everyone I know about their great service (super quick delivery) and amazing products. I highly recommend their wonderful teen starter kit which includes a variety of styles in 3 colours. Sizing is spot on (the “10-12” size kit for my 11yr old), and the quality superb! How I wish these existed in my youth.

Lasted all day at work with no worries, feels like normal underwear.

I bought 2 different styles, disappointed with the seamless hi waist style it's a bigger cut than the essential brief. So if you normally use size 12 then buy 12 for the seamless hi waist but buy size 14 for the essential brief. The delivery service was good.

Firstly the good. The product is lovely and my daughter really likes them. Highly recommended.

Now for the bad and the minus one star... there is no phone number! I had a number of issues with my order and after a few emails from me to them (with little response initially) did eventually get the issue resolved and Yasmin was brilliant in sorting. It would just be so much better if we could pick up the phone and discuss any problems rather than getting frustrated with lack of email responses.

As I said, the product is lovely though and my daughter is delighted :-)

Trying to sort a return is like having teeth pulled old style. No reply in 5 days to return authorisation request. Very bad customer service

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Fluxies recently. I placed my order back in mid Nov21 the part of it I received although with the delay. However the rest of it I’m still waiting ( was due to be delivered on Dec 16) today is Jan 23rd 2023. I asked for refund and instead they are still promising to ship it but nothing is happening. I’m very disappointed with this company to the point that I decided not to purchase from them anymore

Great experience ordering from Fluxies! The website is clearly laid out and makes it super easy to find the products best suited to your needs. I’ve tried period products (disposable and reusable pads, and period underwear) from a few different brands, but Fluxies will definitely be my go-to in future! Their products are super comfortable, they’re the most secure of the products I’ve tried (no leaks, even at night!), and the security/freedom they give you is definitely worth the investment! I love the choice of materials they’re made from too. 100% recommend :)

This is an amazing product! It was my first experience with period underwear, and my main worries were leaks and discomfort. The contrary happened: I wore these panties from 8am to 5pm on the days of my heaviest flow, and I felt protected and comfortable for the entire day. The part of the panties that touches the skin remained dry enough to spare me that unpleasant feeling of wet that I have when wearing pads. Regarding the cleaning, they were not difficult to wash - I followed the instructions and had no issues neither when I hand washed them nor when I used the washing machine. I would just recommend buying at least 3 pairs so that you can wear a new pair while the other is left to dry, as in my case it took quite a long time to dry (but I also live in an area with a humid and cold climate).

Wow! I have been using several of the Flux underwear very happily for a few years now. They work just as well as any pad you might get. Of course, you have to stay on top of them. Don't wait until the last second to change into a new set after a few hours. At night this is a constant worry. But no more. The Boyshorts caught everything even on my heaviest days with no drips. These are my new favorites for sure!
Not only do they do the job, but they are reusable and don't hurt the environment!

Perhaps I'm being harsh, but I have many brands of period underwear, all of which are more comfortable and flattering than flux, with perhaps the exception of their true boxers, I quite like those, but now I've just noticed THE SEAMS ARE COMING UNDONE 😬 while my other brands, bought at the same time about a year ago, are practically good as new. That's only about ten wears, really not worth it, and would definitely recommend choosing another brand x

Don’t hesitate - buy some!!

Absolute god send…bought for my 12 year old daughter who has had the most turbulent start to her periods :( From bleeding 6 weeks straight, to nothing for 2 months and intermittent bleeding in between, totally random and unpredictable. Also accidents due to really heavy flows, causing a lot of upset and embarrassment. I didn’t know what to do to make it better! Then I discovered FLUX. Bought after a lot of searching/review reading and will never look back. Not one accident since and my daughters confidence is back knowing she’s covered if she bleeds randomly. Thank you FLUX, you’ve made my daughters life a lot easier!! A little expensive yes, but worth every Penny for how much they have helped…plus FLUX have always offered discount codes so I’ve made use of those when purchasing. BUY BUY BUY!!

After ordering some more Flux Undies I realised I had ordered 2 items in the wrong size - customer support guided me through how to return the items and processed a new order with the correct sized items swiftly. Retuning and following the order was so simple. On receiving my returned order I found an extra pair, I contacted the team asking if I could pay for these as I was going to gift them to my sister but they told me as this was there error not to worry.- Thank you flux team I shall be recommending you to friends, and ordering myself some more (in the right size!) on payday.
