There was a mix up with my order
There was a mix up with my order, I received two bottles of Asian Jin instead of Hipp products I ordered. My order was redispatched, but then arrived partly damaged, a glass jar in each of the two sets ordered was broken.

Needs an upgrade in customer service
As always no issues with the product or quality but customer service r my needs an upgrade. Things like a subscription model for ready to use and no delivery fees for the same could really work for customers that can afford a subscription for the ready to use. I’ve said it multiple times yet looks like Hipp can’t be bothered!

Convenient but shipping fee
Convenient to buy directly but the shipping fee is a little bit high (real fast for the next day shipping). Purchase from your site as we found Hipp 1 only in our nearby local stores. But soon the next next day found Hipp 3 in boots nearby China town lol.

Great food .
Great food .. my son is ASD and this is now the only food he will eat for his lunch. Healthy - fills him up without a load of nasty chemicals. Good brain food for school.

Came quicker than expected
Due to the unfortunate shortage of certain formulas Hipp was out of stock everywhere we tried. Ordered 2 tubs at standard delivery and they arrived within two days. Would definitely recommend checking online first saved our stress of finding it. Now used Hipp with 2 of my children very gentle on their tummies

Great all round
Brilliant company to order from, have a subscription service if your forgetfull, when all the supermarkets ran out of formular Hipp delivered next day, can not fault them as a company especially with all the others having recent recalls on "bad batches" a term thats thrown around loosly despite its outcome been life or death. i would reccomend Hipp to anybody who's recently brought a little joy into the world and wants good honest products for them.
