Great all round
Brilliant company to order from, have a subscription service if your forgetfull, when all the supermarkets ran out of formular Hipp delivered next day, can not fault them as a company especially with all the others having recent recalls on "bad batches" a term thats thrown around loosly despite its outcome been life or death. i would reccomend Hipp to anybody who's recently brought a little joy into the world and wants good honest products for them.

As parents
As parents, we can wholeheartedly recommend HiPP products. Our child absolutely loves them and doesn’t want anything else besides HiPP. The food has a rich, natural taste, and you can tell it’s prepared with the health of the youngest in mind. The low amount of chemicals is a huge advantage. The prices are reasonable and reflect the quality. We definitely recommend it! HiPP is a class above other brands.

I had an issue with my parcel as EVRI…
I had an issue with my parcel as EVRI tried to deliver it to my old address. This was entirely my fault. I spoke to Hipp customer service and they resolved this issue straight away. They replaced the parcel and sent it on the same day. I can’t thank them enough.

HIPP saved me

The Fruit Bar Raspberry Apple is…
The Fruit Bar Raspberry Apple is terrible to open, wrapped in a paper that’s impossible to peel of the fruit bar. Not an easy snack on the go, I could rather bake my own bars than to peel tiny bits of paper for what seems like forever when a hungry kid is waiting for their snack.

I still have not received this order
I still have not received this order. Evri is a terrible delivery service. I will no longer be buying from your website, which means I will no longer be using your Comfort Milk.
The milk we think is the best on the market, but with such an unreliable delivery partner we will have to change.

Baby Milk Formula (1) Tin less than the full amount 3/4 full
I would add a photo if there was an option but there isn’t. Also, this is not a one off or a specific batch.
I have used Hipp Organic formula milk for two of my children and rated it is the best formula going however, over the past year the quantity is less and less - though the packaging and price does not follow suit in reduction. I am so disappointed with a Hipp Organic a company that promotes itself as having been “caring for babies for over 125 years” when in reality they are happy to take food out of babies mouths at a time where the cost of living causes some families with babies to choose between heating their homes and feeding their children. This is not caring at all.
If Hipp Organic can so blatantly reduce baby milk formula before our eyes, it brings into question what else they are willing to compromise. So disappointed.

Please be assured that we have not reduced the quantities of any of our formula milk tins and so we would very much like to investigate this further to ascertain whether there were any breakdowns during the production of the tins in question that would have caused this problem.

Head to Toe
This is the only product I can use for my ultra sensitive skin and scalp. It is very gentle. I have been using it for several years. At 70+ I am probably HIPPs oldest 'baby'.

Don’t expect quick delivery
Ordered anti reflux on Friday as we were low on current tub, paid for express delivery (next day) as it was urgently required. Failed to arrive until Tuesday. Complained and despite the price of the tub being £15 and other items purchased taking the overall order to approx £54, was refunded £3!!

We are sorry to learn of your experiences with the delay in the delivery of your order.
As we do not offer weekend deliveries and your order was placed on Friday, then delivery by the courier should have been made on Monday, however there was a delay with the courier delivering this and it wasn't delivered until the following day (Tuesday) and a refund was issued for the difference between an Express delivery you had paid for and an Economy delivery.

Overall good experience
I bought the ready made 1 bottles. I feed these to my baby and not the formula powder. It would be brilliant if these were on subscription as the formula is.
I was a bit disappointed that when the milk arrived that the packaging had been damaged.
Apart from that, I received the milk quickly and it had a good use by date on them.
