Lovely bodywash, smells great and not harsh on the skin.

We are buying the HIPP Organic Combiotic formula for our 10 months daughter. Today while preparing her bottle, we have found a worm alive in the formula powder.

I have photos and videos of the box serial number and worm alive in formula.

How is that even possible and acceptable in a baby product? I can't imagine a lively worm floating in my daughter bottle.

I never seen that ever before.

This is a serious issue given who are these products given to.

I ordered directly from you for my granddaughter. Are the sachets available in Waitrose, Shepherds Bush.

Earlier I rated 1 star because:

I ordered the milk on 21st June, however, I am yet to receive it (today is 30th June). In the meantime, I ordered separately from Boots Pharmacy and received it in 3 days.

Nothing wrong with the milk itself, my child is well adjusted to it but they definitely need to change their delivery partner (Evri) and also have a mechanism to ensure that if the order exceeds certain number of days, a replacement order may be sent through a different courier, to retain loyal customers.

Now I am rating 5 stars as Hipp organic promptly responded to it. Delivered my package within 24 hours.
I appreciate the effort and will expect that this does not happen in future.

Absolutely awful, the worst customer service u have ever experienced. Milly is rude and unhelpful. I will be changing my babies milk and I’ll never recommend this company to anyone what a shambles.

After trying several formula brands, hipp is my favorite so far! From every formula, we used to have such a strong reflux straight after eating , vomiting almost all food but with hipp anti reflux formula my baby is so happy, no reflux at all. Really thankful for the quality , thank you so so much!

Have used HIPP Organic while combi feeding both of my children. Have been really pleased with the product and their fast delivery direct (saving me going to multiple supermarkets to try and sort it).

Nice food but packaging leads to waste. Too much in a tin for 7 months old baby to finish within 24hrs after opening tin.

Products and customer service is all 10/10 at HIPP absolutely love it xx
