Fate attenzione. Vi contattano dicendo che se non fanno almeno 10 prenotazioni vi rendono i soldi pagati per inserire le strutture ed essere sulla loro piattaforma. Niente di più falso. Non arrivano richieste e tantomeno prenotazioni. Non rispondono più alle mail quando li contatti per riavere i soldi! La mia agenzia è il casolare snc.
Ho le mail e contratto, come prova della signora Olivia Green che mi mette per scritto garanzia di rimborso.

This Company is owned by Trip Advisor and exemplifies customer service levels at their very worst. Highly ironic considering that Trip Advisor is where many of us go to leave Reviews on whether companies, venues, restaurants, holiday let’s, etc are good or bad!
They have caused us untold issues as they have closed down their site and I now see have closed their holiday home Owners log ins so we cannot even get to see our listings any more. Trip Advisor have behaved disgracefully throughout this whole process and should be roundly ashamed of themselves.

I strongly recommend avoiding it. The company is registered in London but trades in euros. I lost money when my booking was canceled by them, and received no feedback despite multiple attempts to contact them. There were also extra credit card charges due to exchange rates. Bottom feeders

We booked and paid for a villa in lanzarote. All was fine, and the communication with the villa owner fine. When we arrived to check in the owner told us the villa had been double booked, but he’d found us another. At the point we’d been travelling all day with two children so had no choice but to go to the other villa. The replacement villa was much smaller and more basic than we had originally booked. We tried to enjoy our week anyway and go in contact with holiday lettings (trip advisor) as soon as we were back. They did not want to know….they claimed it was our fault for accepting the replacement villa, and as we dealt with the owner directly (you have no choice when booking through holiday lettings) they weren’t liable for any compensation. Despite the fact all bookings and payment is made via their website they basically said there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely shocking customer service! We paid a fortune for a villa we didn’t book, or like, yet this company can just get away with it. Would never use again, or recommend to anyone.

As I wanted to book for February and March 2025 I tried to visit the Marina Mar apartment in June this year after arranging to do so whilst planning to be in Vilamoura but was advised when I arrived it wasn't possible due to being fully booked, not even over a change of renter. So I then booked it for four nights in October again at the end of another stay in the area. On arrival when we entered the apartment the greeter handed over the keys and left. We very quickly realised why as the apartment was such a mess it was not inhabitable. We immediately took loads of photos and videos and left the keys on the table and advised Holiday Lettings. They advised that I would not get a full refund if I did not let them provide alternative accommodation. I advised I was not prepared to look at alternatives if this is the standard of property they provide. We sent photos of the main issues and this property was then removed from Holiday Lettings web site. We got a refund of the owners element but despite numerous emails we have not received a response or refund of the 145.25 euro booking fee.
My concern is that Holiday Lettings should have removed this property due to its condition long before my booking and I then would not have had the issues or chasing for a refund.
I still feel it's unfair to withhold the booking fee when you removed the property due to its condition.

Il portale non ha mai funzionato, non abbiamo mai avuto prenotazioni e nonostante le numerose email intercorse e documentate non siamo mai riuscite ad avere risposte in merito. Ci sono state garantite almeno 10 settimane di prenotazioni altrimenti avremmo ottenuto un rimborso completo della somma spesa. Ad oggi nessuna mail di risposta, nessuna prenotazione e nessun rimborso ottenuto. Reputiamo tale sito una vera e propria truffa. Diffidate da ogni proposta di collaborazione.

A fantastic cottage. Perfect in every way. A hidden gem, in a perfect location with everything you could need for a stay. Will definitely be booking to stay here again when we next visit.
Booking was accepted, then weeks later cancelled by the owner. Left us only two weeks to find alternative.
Reason for cancellation? - wanted themselves? Better price offered? Uncertain, but very bad approach to letting.

On the 28th of June I made a booking for a holiday cottage in Cornwall and paid a deposit of £228 and duly received conformation that may booking had been accepted.
On the 10th Sept I received a message which in brief said "We're making changes to our holiday rentals platform.---Unfortunately, we are cancelling all bookings scheduled to stay from 1 November 2024. Your booking BR29859202 arrival date 06-20-25, will be cancelled shortly and a full refund will be processed back to your original form of payment".
My complaint is that they made a contract with me, which, if I had broken and cancelled would have cost me money. They are quite entitled to change their business model but all current contracts should have been honored.
The end result is that I lost my holiday. I spent a lot of time selecting that particular destination.
Not a company that can be trusted.

A big disappointment! They contacted me last year to pay for a yearly fee in exchange for my location to be visible for 18 months on their website. In the contract, it is written that I can get my fee back if no reservation is completed via the website during those 18 months. I wrote to them to ask for my money back, blank, no reply, nothing.
Later edit, I had a contract with holiday lettings with my name for the property chalet maya from avrig. I think you can easily track me but it is clear that this site is just another scam.
Quote from the email that convinced me:
We work on the one-time subscription fee of € 299 for 12 months. Wherein DUE TO HIGH REQUIREMENTS we have reduced our prices to just €149 for complete 18 months (06 months extra subscription), Your investment is 100% secure, with minimum 10 WEEKS (70 nights) of Guaranteed Bookings, or else get the full refund, with us since we strongly believe in the" VALUE FOR MONEY" concept.

I have used Holiday Lettings several times over the years. I have always found them to have a great selection of properties, which have always been true to their description and very competitively priced.
Had a villa booked for the 2nd November 2024, in 6 weeks time, been told today villa has been cancelled, not happy at all

Booked a villa with Holiday Lettings for 14 people in March 2024 paid the deposit and booked flights three weeks ago. They have decided to change their platform without honouring bookings, this occured weeks and weeks ago as the villa has been rebooked privately. They state this is a new change to their business but that is simply a lie. We are likely to be £100's out of pocket now due to this company and to top it off they have not refunded the original amount but paid us short instead of compensating us for inconvenience. Please dont get caught out with these people I will be looking at a formal complaint

Disgusted with Holiday Lettings. We paid a deposit of £1252.97 pence for a holiday villa on 02 May 2024 re booking for June 2025. Holiday Lettings cancelled our booking in the last week. Refund has been prompt but only refunded £1162 - around £90 short of what we paid. I have checked the currency rates in May 2024 and again today - rate is almost the same. I am currently in process of trying to log a formal complaint against them. Will never use them again and wouldn’t advise friends or family to ever book through them

Yes Holiday Lettings have given people a shock by cancelling any booking from November 2024. But they did give full Euro deposit back. And yes lost a few pounds on exchange rate as then had to arrange with apartment landlady to pay her direct so losing a little more in exchange rate sending back again. But they were prompt in refunding and advised along way and still have holiday booked. Landlady even was not previously notified so its not just the holidaymakers that had the shock re late and sudden cancellations. Yes bad form shouldv finished off bookings already made but anyway all ok - just have to trust Landlords/Ladies re the bookings. Unnecessarily Worrying causing much stress because corporate fancied a change.
Like a lot of people I have a holiday booked for November. I am still waiting on a refund. Did anyone get a refund?

Like many others, our holiday was cancelled “due to platform changes”
If this restructuring started in 2022, why was you still taking customers bookings & money?
This reason alone tells me YOU ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN THE FUTURE.
You knew the cancellations were coming!
I can only think that you was gambling with our money on the exchange rates.
Why? Because we have just received a refund for our deposit and LOST £100 (in 3 months) due to the current exchange rates.
We had no other option at the time but to pay you in Euros with our Debit Card.
I would love to find out how much you have made even after the refunds.
STAY CLEAR IF THIS COMPANY!

Booked a villa in June 2024 for June 2025. However this week holiday lettings have decided to cancel all bookings from October 2024 with full refunds being given. Got our refund this morning, £93 less than what we payed due to currency rates (we had no choice but to pay in euros). Holiday lettings have had interest on our money since June and we are the ones out of pocket!
Will never use one of their platforms again.
