Vooraf reviews gelezen. Dat beloofde een super vakantie, maar helaas.
De kamer had flink wat gebreken. Verlichting kapot. Oud roestig zitje in de badkamer. Airco werkte niet naar behoren, lakens werden klam. Werd overigens wel verschoond na klacht bij receptie, echter daarna nog zeker 2x voorgekomen, uitleg: airco stond aan of juist niet...
Op de voorlaatste avond krioelde het bed met insecten, werkelijk tientallen vandie kruipende beestjes...
Na klacht bij receptie kregen we andere kamer maar de lol was er wel af.
Hotel terrein is geweldig evenals het strand en het zwembad.
Buffet restaurants vallen zwaar tegen, koud of lauw eten maar wel gevarieerd.
Hotel is aan grondige renovatie toe, personeel is wel vriendelijk, leuke winkeltjes maar pas op dat je niet teveel betaald.
Onze ervaring is een 3 sterren hotel voor een 5 sterren prijs. Heel jammer maar een tegenvallende ervaring rijker en absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

This boat is misappropriately named as it's nothing of the sort. The boat is nice enough, the accomodation is good, the staff are friendly and helpful, however the excursions offered are dire! The excursion boats are noisy, so very little chance of seeing any wildlife at all, unprotected from the sun and whilst the guides spoke English it was a bit like listening to Yoda on steroids. I was booked for 3 nights 4 days. So the first day is a complete waste, boarding at 3pm and not setting off till 6pm, spending the next two days with alleged excursions and 'lectures' and shows to disembark on day 4 at 8.am. The excursions were far from comfortable usually rushed and mostly disappointing. visit to an indigenous small holding was nothing of the sort, not at all indigenous. The 'lectures' were fragmented, disjointed, and seemed to be a collection of computer files which always had be searched for and then displayed. Not professionally presented. The shows seemed to be a mish mash cobbled together either by some of the guides or the staff, totally mis advertised and extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time and money. If however you want a 'Butlins' type boat trip this might do it for you. I was disappointed.

We stayed at Iberostar, Hercig Novi in Montenegro. If you love the smell of sewage and s**t 24/7 ... if you love undercooked, overcooked or not cooked at all, tastless luke warm food, if you love filthy dirty rooms, arrogant and rude staff, no bar snacks except stale biscuits, a swimming pool that resembles a foot spa, poolside toilets with no locks, watered down drinks, dried crackers as a gluten free option, cross contamination of food, chefs that dont wear gloves when cooking, the same chefs who use utensils for the fish and then turn around and pick up raw chicken with those same utensils, entertainment that sends you into a deep sleep and is repetitive and boring, tinned food, stale food used from previous days, dirty counters and tables, then THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU!

We paid over £3,300 for a sea view.  Because of the stench of s**t and sewage inside and outside our room, we opened our patio door ONCE during a 10 day stay. We complained immediately regarding the smell and the cleaner came to the room with ...... air freshener. You cannot increase the temperature of the AC as it reverts back to luke warm air. The hotel showed us another room half the size of what we paid, which we refused. The reception area resembles the inside of a village hall, considering its supposed to be 4* star, you would think there would be an actual sofa instead of bloody garden furniture to sit on. It's bland, bleak, depressing, not welcoming, very much like the staff and their attitudes, particularly the security.

Within 5 minutes of entering our room our feet were black. We stayed in Kometa block. If you can't get enough of the smell of s**t, don't worry, just walk out into the corridor and you can fill your lungs with the smell of sewage until your hearts content. Almost every person we spoke to commented on the smell and the appalling food. The septic tank was directly outside the Kometa block with a flu billowing out sewage gas. The hotel staff are liars as they told us it was fixed, it wasn't fixed during our 10 day stay.

We deliberately left rubbish in certain places in our room, which the cleaner never picked up. The floor was not mopped in 10 days, the bed wasnt made properly. The pillows are as thin as paper.

I've stayed in cleaner hostels than this hotel. It's not deserving of 1 star, let alone 4/5. The hotel is run down, paint peeling off the walls, bird s**t on doors and windows in one of the bars, dead plants everywhere, an absolute joke and sham of a hotel.

We are currently taking action again Jet2 for this s**tshow of a holiday. If I could give 0 stars, I would!!

There is one plus, the old town is beautiful....save your money and stay there!

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Iberostar Playa de Muro en Mallorca fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos recibió con una calidez y amabilidad que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Todos los empleados fueron increíblemente simpáticos y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa.
La comida fue otro punto destacado de nuestra estancia. Cada comida fue una delicia, con una variedad de platos exquisitos que satisfacían todos los gustos. La calidad y el sabor de los alimentos superaron nuestras expectativas.
Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y estaban impecablemente limpias. Nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante y agradable. Además, la decoración y el ambiente del hotel contribuyeron a una experiencia muy placentera.
En resumen, pasamos unos días maravillosos en este hotel. La atención al detalle y el excelente servicio hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable. Agradecimiento especial para Aurelia, Carmen, Ikram Abibi, Cati, Jaime, Selena, Alma, Rafa, Ana y tanto otros que se nos escapan sus nombres. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que busque una escapada perfecta en Mallorca.

Tried to get date availability dates from the Iberostar website so i could book a holiday....couldn't get anything - not even suggested alternative dates to the ones I specified.
Then decided to read the negative reviews to see if other folk are having the same problem...... glad I did. Will definitely be looking elsewhere and won't waste my time any further.

Wir hatten einen sehr schlimmen Urlaub im August 2024 im Iberostar Cristina. Wegen dem Unwetter auf Mallorca ging unser Flug nicht ab Memmingen und wir kamen erst 3 Tage später im Hotel an…. Waren nur 3,5 Tage im Hotel waren bestimmt 20 x an der Rezeption weil nix funktionierte. Eine Nacht verlängern kostete 312€ waren ja schon 2 Nächte weniger dort. Nicht mal eine Entschädigung von Halbpension auf Vollpension bekamen wir. Hoteltransfer mussten wir auch selber bezahlen wurden nicht vom Hotel das kurze Stück gefahren. Wir gehen nie mehr wieder in ein Iberostar Hotel das war das letzte nur abzocke….. Null Kulanz. Zimmer war nicht mehr gereinigt am vorletzten Tag. Keine Handtücher. Nicht mal Wasser gabs umsonst abends bei Halbpension. Wir haben 3.500€ für 3,5 Tage auf Mallorca bezahlt und Check 24 und LMX stellt sich quer Unwetter ist höhere Gewalt. Ist schon armselig 😿!

Wir waren eine Woche, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, im Iberostars Waves Club Cala Barca, auf Mallorca. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, das Personal überaus höflich, freundlich und bemüht.
Mankos: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht nicht 4 Sternen, Badezimmer gehört erneuert, auch Kinderbetten sollen anständige Betten sein.

zeer goed iberostar hotel in santa euleria ibiza , zeer vriendelijk personeel enkel wel wat afgelegen, je had altijd een taxi nodig om ergens heen te gaan. Het eten was zeer goed maar te weinig variatie en zeker weinig of geen warme groenten.

Iberostar has always been our go to spot. Mainly because of the service we receive. For our vacation last month, we stayed at the Suites and from the point of entrance and throughout our stay, the service was top-notch. Our Concierge Nadine too is as family and planned such awesome shows. We will definitely be going back.

I claimed about bugs in the hotel (including in the restaurant) but the client service wrote me it was not an acceptable claim...interesting no?

Furthermore, I booked for the second time at Iberostar to benefit from the kid club (Star Camp) to get free time for myself. I used this service last year in another Iberostar hotel, and it was great.
But the rules have changed, you are now required to stay with your kid during half of the Star Camps hours which was not the case last year and which is not explained on the Iberostar website. What a disappointement since it was the main reason of my booking!

My family and I visited Iberostar in Senegal and was very disappointed with the entertainment I wanted to see African Dancer and music just full of culture but we got Butlins entertainment
Thought Christmas they would bring it on but no same boring entertainment so it was a early night for us

We have just spent 10 nights at this hotel and can not fault it . From the second we turned up the staff were there on hand to help . Full of smiles and very polite .

The rooms were spacious and clean with a great view over looking the ocean.

Entertainment was amazing. There was something to do all day , from archery to tennis, French bowels and so many pool activities to mention . The whole Entertainment team were brilliant. We had sisco and Mario dancing and getting us to lots of the events and they were truly impressive.
Each evening a show was put on from dancing to fire breathing

Facilities there is something for all ages . Small kids Entertainment and play park aswell as there own pool . There were 3 more outside pools and a further indoors pool . All which are look over by a group of life guards that were there to make sure that you got the most out of your time and keep you safe .
There was small shop on site which had everything you needed . Even pool tables and air hockey.

Food was plentiful and changed most nights . Snack bar available most of the day aswell as bbq every lunch time along with a full buffet in the main restaurant.

Bar staff throughout were amazing. They kept your drinks topped up and even made special cocktails.

This is our second time here, 2 years ago, it was so completely enjoyable then we just had to come again - we are very well travelled and we never do that - it’s a big world after all and lots to see - but when a place captures perfect, box ticked guaranteed everything - and that’s just what you are looking for - then I know of no where else better to be. The Beach is jaw dropping with the most stunning colours and mountain backdrops, the very cool and stylish pools a literal stones throw away from that and then surrounded by beautiful tall pines and palms, the location is simply idyllic. Then you have warm, genuine, sincere hospitality with tip top professional service from all the staff - with a grace and spirit that really make the atmosphere what it is, serene, chilled and happy. And then finally the food, you know a place of quality or not by its food , the care , the attention to detail, the variety, the quality of the cuts (fish, meat etc) and the presentation. Food served proudly and with a passion- and it tastes just like all of the above. There are different specials per night too, lobster etc so always something new and different on offer to try. The best buffet , breakfast, lunch and dinner I think I have ever been too. There is an al a carte restaurant too but the buffet was so exceptional we didn’t go there. For an amazing beach, contemporary pools, beautiful staff, chilled and relaxing vibes and excellent food, all guaranteed - a perfect family summer holiday

Das Personal im Restaurant + in der Bar war sehr zuborkommend.
Wir wurden von den Restaurant-Managern bestochen, eine super Bewertung in der Algarve ins hauseigene Tablet ab zugeben! Sie versprachen Champagner aufs Zimmer. Wir haben das aber nicht gerne; so versprachen diese Manager Früchte + port. Süssigkeiten anderntags auf unser Zimmer! Erhalten

Just have come back from the Holidays.Hotel Iberostar Cala Domingos. The food was perfect, great choice, I really mean it. I had no chance to try even a meat because we had every day seafood all kinds, vegetables, fruits, cheese, etc and meat of couse!! The rooms were cleand every day. The staff was very helpfull. The animators were fantastic: Diamond, Claudia, Paco, Alejandro and others. I can not imagine how they dealt so well with the crowd of children! But they did! Only one moment- the territory is huge and spreaded on the hill. So the restaurant and reception is placed on the top of the hill and bungalows are spread mostly on the bottom of the hill. But do not panic, they have kind of golf cars, and they pass from the bottom to the top every 10 minutes. Such car can take 10-12 passangers at the time. The same with the beach. it is very good for the children, not deep. There is deep part but it rtarts in 18-20 meters only.There are special water points every 20-40 meters outside the bungalows. So no need to buy water at all. We drank this one, from the water point. The bus stop to the small cities is very next to the reception. Strongly recommend.

Excellent 5 star hotel.
The first day we were welcomed with refreshments my brother and I celebrated our birthdays at this amazing hotel and spa. Mark our concierge offered my brother and I a glass of champagne and a chilled fresh fruit which was an amazing touch and within minutes of our arrival.
The staff are very welcoming and treat you as though you are royalty. Smiles from all every one all of the time. This is rare!
I have worked in management for over 18 years and I ran a highly reputable catering service in this company which is based in the UK and I can tell you that the standards are extremely high there but the Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma adults only hotel’s standards is 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10, my room was spotless. 10 days stay of pure excellence. Breakfast - 10/10, Dinner - 10/10. (Half board) I am known by others to be fussy and to have high standards and i am vegan as well as gluten intolerant, they pulled out all the stops for me. I cannot fault anything. I can promise anyone who is thinking of going on holiday I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma Adults Only, you will enjoy your stay. I will definitely be returning for sure!!
Head chef Pedro is so attentive & helpful, nothing was too much for him. He made sure that I had enough vegan and gluten free food to eat. Thank you Pedro you care about your guests so much. You were also kind to other guests. Thank you Jordi as well such a gentleman. Victoria our waitress friendly and kind. Once you sat down a second later you will have a drink on your table and the tables were cleared in an instant. I do not see this in a top restaurant I visit regularly in the UK. Deop replenished the buffet areas and everything looked as if it was the put out for the first time, fresh and enticing. Bianca was always there for support when you needed information. Daba- new member of staff worked one day in the hotel you wouldn’t believe that it was her first day working for the hotel, she had built a rapport with the guests so quickly she speaks English and has translated for me as well in Spanish she is very welcoming. Juan Carlo very hard working, you can see that he enjoys his work always on the ball. The management Yolanda and co were always visible. I wanted to purchase shoes from the displays in the hotel, shoes were made by the owner of the hotel. Yolanda went through strengths to have the quality made shoes to be brought to the hotel for me to take look at. This is 1st class. Alphonso head chef presented me with a delicious breakfast Pedro had a well deserved day off. Communication is definitely key in this establishment there was no need for me to ask for anything. Thank you all for your valuable hospitality. You deserve to call your establishment a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Oh the entertainment was great and the roof top terrace the view was extraordinary. Thank you lovely people. We will never forget our holiday. 🔥🔥🔥🫶

As soon as you walk in it’s an amazing hotel. The facilities are fantastic and the choice of food is wonderful.
If you want a six star experience go to the pool bar, wow do they look after you. The customer service and the staff are so friendly. Mihaela has the brightest smile, her vibrant personality just makes it special, her natural customer service is fabulous. she is amazing . Go there for her, she will bring a smile to your face. Xxx

We could not have asked for more from a holiday! every aspect of it was first class. The Iberostar Bouganville exceeded our expectations, it's modern, bright, airy and spacious; the staff were simply amazing and couldn't do enough for us, not one single member of staff was ever without a smile or friendly greeting, even the cleaning lady was smiling dancing and singing in the dining room! Denise's yoga and spinning classes were fabulous and her smile and energy were contagious! she got everyone going throughout the day! The evening entertainment was pretty good and martina was amazing on the front desk and absolutely everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Cannot fault the hotel's cleanliness, roomy bedroom, comfy bed, and the prestige package was worth every penny with a fabulous deck to sunbathe, complete with shower, jacuzzi and drinks fridge complete with bubbles, so we never had to go far. the food was outstanding, the wines were lovely, honestly five star all round! thank you

La comida es horrible, por estar habierto el calor es insoportable, los aires acondicionados tienen problemas de mucho ruido y goteras, mi habitación era súper ruidosa con el escenario de shows al lado!!! No lo recomiendo para nada !!!
