Dear Tom,
Thank you for your fantastic 5-star review!
We're delighted to hear that Jamie was able to provide informative and helpful advice when choosing your roof tiles and ensured you had everything you needed for your project.
It's great to know that you're pleased with the finished result and that the completed roof looks exactly as you hoped.
Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you again with any future projects.
Exceptional delivery time
Very impressed with JJ Roofing. I needed a Fakro roof window part urgently and some suppliers were estimating as much as 15-20 working days delivery. JJ Roofing estimated 3 - 5 days but in reality this was conservative as the order was received within 2 days! Also the cost including delivery was less than most other competitors. Would use again.

Dear Jon,
Thank you for your 5-stars!
We're delighted to hear that you were impressed with both our service and value for money. We always aim to provide accurate delivery estimates and get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, so it's great to know your Fakro roof window part arrived even sooner than expected.
Your feedback and future recommendation are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to assisting you again whenever you need us.
Their poor delivery cost me time, money and a whole load of stress.
Took four attemps and over 2 weeks to finally deliver my order. Buy which time my roofers had finished. It cost me a huge amount of time and money just to get my order, let alone then having to then fit it myself. The only compensation I received was the delivery cost reimbursed which was offered after the first delivery attempt failed. The next 2 failed delivery attempts resulted in no further offer of compensation despite resulting in the greater cost to myself. Will avoid ordering from them again.

Dear Patrick
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
While we understand the frustration caused by the delays, delivery services are carried out by external couriers, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as unforeseen circumstances outside of our control can affect transit schedules.
For this reason, we always recommend that products are received and checked before arranging contractors or installation work. We appreciate that the delays impacted your project, however we are unable to accept responsibility for costs incurred as a result of installation dates being scheduled prior to delivery.
As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a full refund of your delivery charge following the initial failed delivery. While we regret that the subsequent delivery attempts did not meet expectations, this refund was offered in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
We value all customer feedback and are sorry that this experience has led you to feel unable to order from us again. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.

**JJ Roofing are the best!**
JJ Roofing and Sterlingbuild have been absolutely fantastic throughout my house renovation.
After a contractor damaged and lost several parts while installing two roof-light windows, Elena and Helen went above and beyond to help me put everything right. They contacted suppliers, identified and sourced the correct parts, sent helpful diagrams and responded incredibly quickly - usually within 24 hours.
Everything I’ve ordered has been dispatched promptly, and when there was a delivery issue, they sorted it out immediately and without any fuss.
Elena and Helen are consistently kind, responsive and genuinely helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. JJ Roofing will always be my first choice for anything roofing- or window-related - I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Thank you so much for your incredible 5-star review!
We're truly grateful for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. Customer service is at the heart of what we do, so it's wonderful to hear that our efforts to source the correct parts, provide technical assistance and resolve the delivery issue made a positive difference. We'll be sure to pass your lovely feedback on to both Elena and Helen, who will be thrilled to hear it.

Initially told would be 1-2 weeks for delivery. Come on JJ roofing, this service is not good enough. I have an extensive home renovation project where i have been ordering many items from a wide range of suppliers. This is hands down the worst experience.

Dear Saad,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected. We understand how important reliable lead times and communication are, particularly when managing a larger renovation project.
To provide the fastest possible turnaround, coping stones are manufactured and delivered directly by our supplier. As these products are made to order, lead times are dependent on factors such as production schedules, quality control processes, and transport availability. For this reason, all delivery timeframes provided are estimated guidelines rather than guaranteed dates.
Your comments regarding delivery expectations and communication have been noted and shared with the relevant team for review. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that your experience has not met your expectations.
