3 x to get correct delivery
Ordered loft ladders wrong ones delivered returned, then sent wrong ones again took 3 times to deliver the correct ones.
Customer service was good and replied, looks like a internal coding error but ment I had to order stock elsewhere as I ran pit of time .

Dear Richard,
Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologise for the issues experienced with your order.
Whilst we're pleased our customer service team was able to respond promptly and keep communication open throughout, we fully appreciate the operational impact this had on your project timeline as a result of the internal product coding error.
Thank you for highlighting the issue and for acknowledging the support provided by our team despite the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service.

Resposta da JJ Roofing Supplies
Dear Steve,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to offer some further context.
Your order was delivered within the estimated timeframe of 7–10 working days stated on our website at the time of ordering, and we aim to be as transparent as possible about delivery expectations at the point of purchase.
Regarding your return, as an authorised retailer we follow the manufacturer’s (Velux) returns policy. After contacting Velux directly, you were correctly advised to arrange the return through us, which is standard procedure. We then outlined the applicable return terms, including any associated charges, in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. We understand these terms were not what you had hoped for, but they are set externally and applied consistently.
We always strive to provide clear information before and after purchase, and our team is on hand to help customers make informed decisions. We’re sorry that on this occasion your expectations were not met.
If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.

The ordering process was easy, the product rage great, and prices competitive, but when the delivery by a 3rd party went awry, JJ Roofing Supplies, couldn't do enough to rectify the issue. Great service, friendly people and a phone number that got answered, every time I called. Needless to say, I'm a happy customer.

Great customer service agents however poor customer service…
The order was received quickly however we ran into an issue with how the order was packaged - which meant it was unable to be delivered because the delivery company would not transport it. When asked to rectify this and send out a replacement - packaged correctly - so the build could continue - we were told this was not possible and we had to either have a refund or wait for the original item to be returned and packaged correctly - but with no time scale on this option.
Customer service agents were friendly and helpful but were unable to facilitate the delivery in the end

Resposta da JJ Roofing Supplies
Dear Rosa,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re pleased to hear the order was dispatched promptly, but we’re very sorry for the issue with the packaging and the inconvenience this caused to your delivery and build schedule.
While our team did everything possible to support you, we appreciate this situation was frustrating, particularly given the limited options available at the time. We are actively reviewing this with our logistics partners to prevent similar issues in future.
Thank you for recognising our customer service team, and we apologise again that we were unable to resolve this more quickly on this occasion.
