False advertising/sales
They are clearly advertising and taking money for products they don't have in stock then cancel the order later stating they don't stock the product. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, if not it should be.

Dear Mr Williams,
Thank you for your feedback.
Regrettably, the invite for the reviews is automated, and I can see you have called and spoken to the customer service team this morning, while this review has been left 4 days ago.
As anticipated, the manufacturer has confirmed your order will be with you by the end of the week.
We would appreciate it if you could review your comments, especially considering the items were ordered on 19/09 and on the website there is a clearly stated lead time of 10-14 working days.
We are nonetheless grateful for your feeback.

I ordered one pack of roof tiles from here and was more than willing to pay for shipping. Three days delivery, which was fine, but two days later they contacted me to tell me they were not in stock anymore and I would have to wait 21days. They could have informed me straight away, waisted my time.
They were very quick with the refund which was great.
