I have only had really positive experiences with Lavie Labs. I really love the cream and I was very fortunate to be sent a complimentary eye cream which felt great too. It’s not greasy and very light and nourishing, same as the face cream.

I'm now 85 and very active. Your cream is really "age defying" My skin feels smooth and firm.

Cold called for a trial product use, accept it as who doesn't love a trial of a new product. Only to be scammed into a subscription. Thank goodness for bank notification or my debit orders would have bounced due to this really false representation. Tried to cancel at day 30 and very unhelpful and rude lady refused to refund! Read all the information or you will be scammed too! False

I love this Matinika moisturiser. Today’s call from Rob was very helpful for me to carry on using it and to try other products. Rob was very patient and helpful. I can’t wait for my package to come to try the other products.

I have been using these products for over 6 months now and they are absolutely fantastic, so much so that I have switched my foundation to a lighter coverage because my skin has improved and I don't need the full coverage any more. When my products were running low I emailed them and within an hour Mitch was on the phone sorting out my new supply, the products are amazing and I can't praise Mitch highly enough, he is an absolute pleasure to talk to and he really goes above and beyond to look after his customers. My elderly and very vulnerable mother was pressure sold boxes upon boxes of these products. Ive found years worth of it in her home. Upon asking her where it came from and why she had so much, her explanation made it clear she had been missold these due to her vulnerability. I've gone through her statements and can see they were taking £65+ from her per month for an extended period. Disgusting. Heartbreaking.
