Cream absorbs really well

I could not fault the service

I had the Bosom exfoliator recommended to me but I was not available for my delivery and when I got in touch with DHL to redeliver unfortunately I was once more not able to be there, so I provided DHL with an alternative delivery address but just for good measure I also got back in touch with Lavie Labs to let them know the state of play and Wendy at customer service got back in touch with me almost immediately and went above and beyond what I expected and got in touch with DHL and managed to track and ensure my package was safely redelivered to an alternative address for me. This left me pleasantly surprised because in my experience most companies would have left you in the hands of the delivery company but Lavie made me feel reassured so I now know they actually care about their customers.

Why has the packaging changed? The tube was far more user friendly, now there are two fiddly lids and a spatula which can easily be mislaid. This customer is not happy with the change. As a follow up to this review I received excellent feedback from Lavie who explained there had been a few problems with the pump action dispenser and most customers are happy with the new packaging. They are very kindly sending me FOC one of the few pump action dispensers they still have in stock so i am more than happy with that.

The cream I found left my skin well moisturised. It is light and non sticky. It has a pleasant smell and I could smell it on my face the whole day. I %100 recommend this product.

Absolutely amazing! I've been using for 7 months and can truly say it's changed my life. I was previously using Elemis and I find Lavie to be much better quality. The service is always great and the staff are always helpful with recommendations.

I’ve been using Lavie Labs for a little while now and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The Matinika cream feels absolutely lovely on my skin — rich but not heavy, and it leaves my face soft and refreshed all day. I’ve noticed a healthier glow since I started using it.

It's as good, if not better than the Dior products I used previously.

All in all, I’m very pleased with both the product and the service!

Three months in, and I'm really pleased with the products! Skin feels so much smoother after using the Matinika and Bosem combination.

I must also say the customer care are brilliant too, twice I have needed help and both times my query was dealt with within 24 hours

Brilliant creams skin felt so smooth and younger

To be honest I haven’t been using long but the products are very hydrating and feel luxurious , I’ve started using a Qua Sha with the serum, a little goes a long way and very relaxing ☺️
I spoke with Cat from customer service and can’t fault, if you have any questions, you just email them and literally will contact you and answer any concerns on query…

I love the cream, it's lightweight and you only need a small amount. It has made my skin very hydrated and wrinkles are not as visible, it has tightened my skin. Excellent customer service, if you have an enquiry by email it is answered very promptly.

Product was fab, light, hydrating and smells gorgeous. My experience with this company also deserves the 5 stars. For once I could end my subscription without any hassle, usually companies make this a cumbersome task. Only ending as I need to save on outgoings. This was a massive plus for me, I now have trust in the company and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you to the team

The Matinika facial cream from Lavie Labs is gorgeous 🥰. It has a light texture that absorbs into the skin. I have only been using the cream for a short time and my skin feels hydrated and softer. I reached out to the team via email and the staff were really nice and accommodating - thank you - Vanessa

The product was brilliant and the service given by the providers was absolutely fantastic.

I was very disappointed as I got phone call ref free skin care products they told me it’s free but u only had to pay £5 for delivery but unaware they taken £31 out of my bank 2 months later anyone else had this bad experience from them

The product is of excellent quality, it has improved my skin and is silky smooth to apply, not greasy. The custom service has always been very helpful, even suggested a few things to try, I have been using the face cream for nearly 2 years. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

The only face cream that doesn’t sting my eyes and leaves my face feeling soft have been using for about 4 years now

I have struggled for years to find affordable skin care that actually does what it claims to do. Now in my mid 50s I finally have. I started with Matinika day and night cream, it is so luxurious, but the most important thing for me, it works. After only 2 weeks I could see the difference with my wrinkles, my skin texture is softer and feels firmer with an amazing healthy glow. I also received a sample of their brightening gel, wow, I swear this little bottle is full of magic. My skin has never looked this good. Another great thing about Lavie Labs is their people, staff are an email or phone call away, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Amazing product, was called unexpectedly and was a little sceptical however the cream is the best I've ever tried and the service is amazing. Anything I have needed I have received a prompt response
