I was called by the sales rep asking for more money before I could receive the item that I was due to get as per my "subscription" . They offered lots of products for "FREE" however when you look more closely you are paying every 30 days and only getting a product every 45 days. To me this counts as a SCAM. They only contacted me after the 30 days were over and had taken money from my account and so are now saying I am not entitled to a refund AND am not entitled to receive the product as I have cancelled my subscription. High pressure sales with skilled tactics to make a very bad offer sound like a good deal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have been using the age defying cream for the last five years and my skin has become so much smoother and clearer.
It is with no doubt the best cream I have used and the service is excellent !

WOW I GOT A NEW LOOK AND A NEW SKIN

Love it how it make your skin glow. And it so soft. I used this product a little while back. I don’t know why I stopped but I’m back now. It makes your skin look great. I’m very happy with it and would recommend

I initially tried the cleanser from Lavie Labs — honestly, I was a bit dubious at first, but it completely removed all my makeup so gently and left my skin feeling baby-soft. I was so impressed, as other products I’ve used never removed everything properly — this one really does!

So, I decided to treat myself and got the Ashkra Eye Serum, the Metinka Face Cream, and the Brightening Gel. They all feel superb on my skin!

I’ve continued the routine and recently added the Oulala Face & Neck Serum (I use it only at night as recommended) and the Immortality Cream — which honestly feels like the most luxurious cream I’ve ever used.

I’m literally obsessed — I’ve had so many compliments on my skin and would highly recommend all the Lavie Labs products I’ve tried so far!

They called made me an offer for delivery charge only to entice be back as a customer.. assured me no hidden agenda, 4 weeks later took money from my bank now no one will reply to be, i have raised a fraud case against them as they keep ignoring me

Debbie and Jonathan are incredible to talk if you ever need any help. I have been ordering these products for over a year now and I also recommend them to my clients in my clinic. I think they are worth every penny for all the compliments I get about my skin. Highly recommended it!

Rosie called me suggesting I try the moisturiser. Happy to give it a go. When it arrived its chemical rating was high (on my Yuka app I use) and I messaged Rosie to tell her I wouldn’t be using the product but happy to send back (unopened), please cancel my card details. I have rung the number countless times, from different phones, and left 5 messages. Rosie has ignored them all and £32 has just come out of my account!!! So angry! Absolute scam! Do Not use. Products highly toxic! If Rosie calls, put the phone down immediately 😡

After being contacted by Rob Chezick and being told how great the products are I thought I would try them
I have now been using for a month and I am really happy with the results

I have been using Lavie Labs products for 4 years now and can testify for how good they are, they actually do what they say they will.
I’ve used Matinika for 4 years and wouldn’t use another moisturiser. Skin loves it, absorbs it beautifully and leaves skin feeling ‘fed’.
I’ve used Ashkara eye serum for over a year, it has visibly smoothed my crepey looking lids and eradicated a crease on my right eye lid.
Finally, I’ve been using Skin Immortality for 3 months. It’s frankly incredible, visibly lifted and smoother skin, brighter complexion and the comments from people keep coming! ‘Have I had Botox, what procedure have I had? Have I had laser treatment…..it’s the cream!!! When you look at the ingredients it’s then easy to see why this cream works so well. Lavie always offer me an annual package where I can pay per month and have my skincare sorted for the year. I highly recommend their products.

What a fabulous company to deal with. Very pleasant and helpful staff that bend over backwards for you. The products are so luxurious, you feel like a million dollars when you use them. They actually do what they say on the box. Well done Lavie Labs!

Tried the lavie ashkara eye serum and immediately I noticed the lines disappear. Crows feet are gone, I must admit that was unexpected, seeing such an instant difference.

Definitely one of my favourite companies, I love the Matinika cream & have used it for quite a few years now, I’m 47 but im told often I look early 30s lol I do look a lot younger than before I started using tbh , I had deep set wrinkles on forehead and fine lines at mouth & between eyebrows & can’t really see them now, I will continue to use this cream forever, thank you

I love this product! the Matinika skin cream. I am 65, have been using it for a few years now and get a lot of compliments on my skin. Have used much more expensive creams in the past but this is my favourite. Their customer service is excellent too

I have been using the bosem, brightening gel, skin immortality and the matinika cream for only around 10 days and I can already see a great difference in my skin, all products are light weight but leave your skin feeling very nourished and hydrated still and lasts through out the day. I was abit hesitant on how the products would smell due to them having no perfumes in them but they all smell nice very light natural scents to them

After being sceptical about these products, I receive my free samples and cancelled my subscription straight after as many more companies have promised the earth and have failed to deliver what they promised about their products and what they would actually do. WELLLLL...... I should have waited because after just 2 days I could feel the benefit of Lavie labs already 💯🥰💯 and emailed them to tell them I would be resubscribing. My skin has felt AMAZING in just 2 days of using their products. My skin has felt so soft and mosturized all day I cannot recommend these products more. 💯🥰💯

My experience with Lavie Labs was incredible, from the moment they contacted me. Please take the time to read this review to the end. The agent Mitch Bourgeois was an absolute gem, as I am no spring chicken I worry when I am contacted with amazing too good to be true offers, I really put Mitch through his paces as I am very cautious regarding scams, there was no hard sell just a guy doing his job in a very caring and professional way. I know you could say that is what he is paid for, but this was on another level, he really did make me feel that he wanted me to have the best experience possible, the cost of the product is not a million pounds but it is also not a few quid that could be an affordable loss, as I have already mentioned there was no hard sell or any pressure for me to either try the product or continue with any subscription. But to be honest this was a win win situation with trial only costing only the postage, I hasten to add the product Matinka is amazing! My experience was further endorsed by a lovely lady called Catrina, who rang me within 11 hours to respond to a few questions I asked at 7.30pm the previous evening. Rarely have I ever given such a detailed review around customer service but I truly think this is fully justified - again the product I chose to purchase is perfect for me and again this was down to Mitch giving me the information and time to reserch the company and products in full before making any decision. If all the staff at Lavie Labs are as helpful and lovely as Mitch and Catrina the company should be very proud of themselves!
