We are really sorry that you are not happy with the service you have recieved. We work hard to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Upon signing up to the subscription you receive an email with a link to contact us, this information is also available on our website and we always aim to respond in a timely fashion.
The best customer service and products
I have been a subscriber to Lavie Labs for at least a year or two now. I love their products but mostly I love the customer service. Every time I've needed to skip a delivery I have emailed them and I get a same day response every single time and they have immediately stopped the delivery and refunded me. It feels personal, theyre polite (Wendy) and very accomodating. As long as this wonderful service continues, ill forever subscribe. Happy customer 😊

Nothing I was called and offered a free tub to try no strings all I had to pay was PxP which I did this month my bank has had money taken out and I cant find a proper tel number to cancel so I will stop at my bank total scam

Tried & true
I've been using Lavie Matinika for several years. It's the only facial moisturizer I like, & I don't have to wear foundation. I'm 57 & I believe my forehead lines are less & no crow's feet have sprung up. I like that this product is softening, & not heavy at all. I'm totally committed & am so grateful to have stumbled upon this product watching an ad online.

I can't say enough superlatives about Lavie face cream!!
I have been using the face cream for over 5 yrs. I apply it in the morning and again before bed. I have very sensitive skin and this cream is the ONLY ONE I have been able to use in my 78 years. My complexion is smooth, even and "minimally" wrinkled. I am told often that I do not look my age. I used to get rashes and irritations on my face, but I have no problems at all anymore. I feel like my skin is stronger!

I buy this product for my wife. She insists this is the only product she has found that does what she wants.
It makes her skin smooth and also tightens where needed. Great product.

Matinika cream makes my skin feel really smooth and plump, and it’s also improved the appearance of my scars caused from teen acne. I am 50 and feel I never looked better than I do when using this cream and I’ve tried quite a few.

Untrustworthy Unscrupulous company
I received a cold call from a lady called Debbie, she was very pushy and after several calls and emails I agreed to order products on the basis that if I wasn't completely satisfied with the products I could return within 30 days.
I tried the products and they are definitely not worth the money.
I emailed Debbie because as she wasn't returning my calls to say I wanted to return products. She ignored my emails si I contacted the Head office. It was agreed that I could return the products I had unopened but still had to pay for the ones I had tried.
So far I have paid £66.50 and not received any refund, I am worried that they will take more money out of my bank .
This company are completely unscrupulous and a con.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

We are really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience.
At the time of your contact Debbie was unfortunately unavailable hence the lack of response but customer service reached out to you as soon as they were aware.
We agreed to cancel your plan and for you to return the products and even waived our policy on open products.
The reason you were charged was because we didn't receive the products back before your billing date.
We have refunded your previous payment as we attempt to locate the package you sent back as you didn't send us tracking despite our requests.
I can confirm that no further payments will be taken and we hope to get this fully resolved with yourself as soon as possible.

I have been using this product now for five years plus. I have sensitive skin and it plumps and softens very nice. I have had no reason to change products. Lavie Labs has been so completely easy to deal with. I have never had to contact customer service in my 5+ years. I order online. And have been completely satisfied. Thank you so much!

Great Salesman great product
Spoke to the lovely Chris on Tuesday last week and he has put together a skin routine for me. He was polite and extremely helpful and I couldn’t believe how quickly the products came ! The products feel amazing on my skin and i’m looking forward to seeing the end results.

Ashkara eye serum is just the best!
I’ve used various products from LAVIE labs but my absolute favourite is the Ashkara eye serum! Once a day in the morning it minimises the fine lines around my 70 year old eyes amazingly. Used at night as well it made my eyes a bit puffy so once is right for me. I’ve tried other eye serums but they just don’t do it!
I also spread a touch on my upper lip - given there are also fine lines there!
