I’ve been using Lavie Labs products for a while now and have to say they do deliver great results—my skin feels brighter, smoother, and noticeably improved. The team, especially James and Guy, have been attentive and helpful, offering good deals and addressing any issues, such as occasional problems with product containers. However, the pricing is quite steep, and the push for bulk buying or longer-term commitments can feel a bit overwhelming. Overall, the quality of the products and customer service stands out, making it worth considering despite the high cost and sales approach. Four stars!

I give the product 5 stars but…
I give the product 5 stars its amazing ! BUT l have stopped using the product after 2 years of subscription because l kept getting sale calls from ' GUY ' who would be impossible to get off the phone and felt very much like a hard sale with a hard close . I miss this product but l don't miss the calls from Guy .

Lavie labs are truly the best skin care…
Lavie labs are truly the best skin care products that I have used. The Immortal leaves my skin soft, and has absolutely diminished fine lines on my face, it has the smoothest texture and absorbs without leaving any greasiness. I love the eye serum too, it has reduced eye bags and dark circles making me look less tired. The skin brightener is excellent too and I use this before applying Immortal, it just rids me of any dead skin cells and leaves my skin really smooth, makeup is so much easier to apply. I use the retinol cream at night time, love this too, it makes my skin glow.
I really can’t speak highly enough of these skin care products, they truly work miracles.

A lovely cream smells of lavender and not 2 strong skin is lovely n smooth ..only bought it as it was the Black Friday sale as this cream is 2 expensive if it was cheaper I’d buy it all the time unfortunately at this price I won’t be buying again

Had a cold call from a very charming guy but it went on and on and you end up with a long recommended list of their amazing products especially tailored to you. I didn't let him finish as after 30 minutes of hard sell, I gave up knowing this was going to be a long term, very expensive commitment and hung up!. Sorry Lavia Labs - this sort of sales technique is not for me.

Good Company and good Customer Service
The company has looked after me at all times e.g. if a bottle wasn't dispensing correctly, they immediately sent a new bottle.
I have all my questions answered about skin care in easy to understand terms (via the phone calls).
But best of all, the creams are now proving to be effective after a year of use - lines less noticeable and neck skin more attractive than before. It's great!
