Guy was extremely helpful and informative

James at Lavie Labs always goes above and beyond. He’s very attentive, keeps me informed about new products and always gives me the best deal possible.
The products themselves are amazing and I’m happy to pay that bit extra for great looking skin.

I have been using Lavie products for some months now and have noticed my skin is brighter and smoother. The products are lovely but, I have had problems dispensing some of the serums. I would recommend these products although they are expensive and you appear to have to sign up to a course of several months to achieve any discount, if it is a discount or sales pitch, but either way I have just ordered another years supply

The products are very good but unfortunately the containers are not. I have had three where I could no longer get the product out. But James has been brilliant and replaced them. I just wondered why this happens as it’s expensive and I have never had this kind of problem with products before

Great products, timely delivery & lovely staff!

I was called by Guy, I did not ask for this call, it was a cold call, for over an hour he spoke to me about the wonders of these products, and in the end persuaded me to buy in bulk a years supply. I liked the product, but I felt pressured to go ahead with his suggestions, a lot can happen in a year, finances, health etc can change and this monthly debt for face cream can no longer be justified. He does not want to know, he just wants the invoice paid every month regardless of my dire situation. The fact also remains that he contacted me to say he had a much better product than the one I am still paying for, so really what I have is inferior. He will not take back the unopened products, and looking back in hindsight, how effective is this product after a year? I feel totally scammed and I wish I'd never heard of this company.

As i was a previous customer several years ago, I received a follow up call from Guy at LaVie. He was easy to talk to, informative and genuinely interested in me and my skin care etc. He provided me with a brilliant offer of products and a way to pay that was easily affordable. As I was buying all that he recommended, rather than just the odd pot of cream- I am now seeing amazing results in my skin, and I am usually quite sceptical about the ability of one brand to be so much better, but this one definitely is. Other people have also commented on my skin too.
So I am very happy with the service and quality of products -and no longer feel I need to jump from brand to brand of expensive creams.

I’ve been using Lavie products for a good while now it really suits me. Guy rang me a few weeks ago introducing me to a new skin program, after receiving the box of goodies and instructions had Guy sent me to get the best results I’m happy to say after just 5 days my skin feels and looks brighter already. I’m looking forward to carrying on with the program into the winter months. Thanks Guy for your very helpful advice and service.

I love the products I use and the way it makes my skin look and feel. It took me years of trying different creams to find a product Im Happy with and would not use anything else now

I really enjoy the products that I use. They make my skin feel soft and considerably less wrinkled. I have honestly had comments since using them as to how well I look.
Equally important, my contact at the company, Guy, keeps in touch to ensure that I’m still happy. Of course any new products are mentioned! He is a salesman for them after all. However, I never feel “sold at” and there is no untoward pressure to buy anything.

Service par excellence, be it a quick call, details of the excellent products available or a speedy delivery, I can't fault. The facial creams too are absolutely amazing. Very grateful to have my hand held all the way!!

Oh, I love the products. I've been using them for the past couple of years. I love the smell and the feel of my skin. Am told I look younger than my 71years.
I also have a great customer advisor name Guy, who I get along with. He advises me on the newest products, and always there at the end of the line to help

I was called by a salesman called Dwayne who was obviously very good as I purchased the products.
I already had a good skincare regime and was using medical grade products with no real skincare concerns however was talked very well in to trying these products.
I took a before picture anyway and started using the products and 3 weeks in it was apparent they were not suitable for my skin as I was getting miliea and aggressive spots. Also the pump wasn’t working correctly on one of the products but after reading reviews it helped by tilting it on its side. I contacted Dwayne by email sending photos of my current skin stating I had stopped using and would like to return the products After a few days Dwayne called me and talked me in to revising what I was doing so I would only use the retin product until my skin calmed down. Unfortunately this made no difference and my skin was getting worse so again I emailed Dwayne with pictures explaining I still felt the products were not suitable for my skin and I would like to return them. I heard nothing back so a week later (today) I sent a follow up email only this time I have had a response saying there is a problem with the mailbox so I am now having to leave this review.
The products may be good for some people but are not suitable for me. As I said I had a good regime prior with no real concerns and even if the products were suitable if used every few days etc I still prefer my prior previous skincare regime as it was simple and effective.
I have my photos and emails sent but feel that all is well when purchasing but if you start to have issues from what I’ve read and what I’m experiencing there is a problem. I do want to return the products and would like to know how. Also I will be disappointed if any more money is taken from my account. My skin is still not right as I type this.

I love the products I’ve been using the cream and eye serum for some time and my skin loves them. I have found the customer service excellent I’ve had no trouble changing my subscription dates and altering deliveries when necessary. Well done 👏

Absolutely LOVE Matinika face cream ❤️❤️ literally made a difference after first use. Been now using for about 4 weeks and my skin looks amazing 🤩best face cream I ever used. Only downside is the price 😞 but will budget. Eye cream seems great too but only been using for a week or so, so can't really say much.
