London Luggage Opiniões

Incredibly smooth process from ordering to delivery , we ordered a samsonite eco dive 79 , cheaper with London luggage and a great piece of kit .

Had a great experience buying a new suitcase at this kings cross store. I was interested in a Briggs and Riley suitcase and they had lots of stock and it was very helpful to see the stock in person. Patrick was extremely helpful and they had a sale on

Ordered this as next day delivery and wasn't dispatched till the next day. So frustrating but when I phoned up, they were street apologetic and it seems it was DPDs fault. They were amendable to a full refund, which so much appreciated.

Great service, quick delivery, would recommend.

A great case, plus cheaper than I could find it anywhere else and quick delivery! Thanks

Fantastic service, very fast delivery and excellent pricing.

Excellent service incredibly quick delivery

Quality luggage at a good price, with dependable delivery. Most of all, outstanding customer service, friendly, responsive and professional. Definitely recommended. I was delighted with my purchase.

Timely delivery, good offer all good!

The ordering was easy as we knew what we wanted, the enxt day freed delivery was more than I expected and was faultless. Very efficient and I am very happy with this company.

Great price and fast delivery. The bag is also great and perfect for the trip.

Patrick and the team at London Luggage provided outstanding service from start to finish. We bought two suitcases and are absolutely delighted with the quality—they’re excellent value and feel built to last. Patrick was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend London Luggage to anyone looking for quality luggage and great customer service. An added bonus is that their shop is just a couple of minutes’ walk from King’s Cross station, making it really convenient to visit. Berta

I got a very nice Eastpack luggage for half-price and Patrick was amazingly helpful and very kind. I recommend this place highly.

Excellent price and speedy delivery.

Great experience with this company, the luggage is just as described. The price was better than other sites. The shipping was fast.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying with London Luggage and will definitely be back. I had ordered a Brics duffle bag for my husband as a birthday gift, which arrived up to Scotland in 2 days. Usually when delivery says 2 days, especially up to Scotland I’m like ‘yeah right!’ But there it was within the timeframe!

Unfortunately the bag I ordered was too big, so quickly emailed customer services where lovely Abbie responded the next day, saying not a problem and just to return the item (it had been personalised with a tag, so I was really worried that retuning the item was going to be an issue) however nothing to worry about I kept the tag obviously and I was sent through the DPD link via email to make my return. Also as I was just wanting a smaller hold-all they waved the return fee as I have ordered the new smaller hold-all in its place.

I was thrilled with the experience from start to finish. I just feel that they know what good customer service is and how valuable it is to their customers.
On an other note; They have some great products/big branded names perfect for those on the move a lot and perfect for gifting and sometimes they have a 10% promotion on - well done LL team!

Delivery was very good! The company does exactly what it’s said. They are very reliable and I would definitely order their products again.
