I walked into the store rolling my luggage with 2 broken wheels. Patrick was a great help in answering my questions about the best luggage size for the amount of stuff I was traveling with. He was honest about the size that would be better fit for all for me. He wasn't trying to up sell me on a more expensive brand. Believe me all of their products are luxury brands. He provided excellent advise and disposed of my broken luggage so I can continue with my travels.

Patrick was very helpful and welcoming, first on the phone and then when we visited the shop this afternoon. We have been buying Briggs & Reilly suitcases from London Luggage for many years now. The service is always warm and helpful, the prices are keen and the products nd aftercare are brilliant.

Online order from a real shop with real humans! Great service but backed up by real people answering the phone and dealing with any issues. If you’re in the market for a great travel bag or accessory, I’d recommend these guys unreservedly.

Great experience with London Luggage! The Samsonite case we bought was significantly cheaper than other sellers. The online ordering was uncomplicated followed by swift confirmation of the order, quick delivery and sensible packaging. Importantly, the case is as lovely as expected. Well done London Luggage.

Ordered two Samsonite Proxis Lime & 1x Honey Gold cases from London Luggage on Line at cost of £826 on Tuesday 18th Aug with delivery for Thursday 20th.

Received call Thursday from London Luggage saying The Honey Gold case hadn’t arrived from their supplier and agreed accept same case in ‘Flame’ colour and specifically requested amended order confirmation as new this would be required fir Samsonite 10 yr warranty .
Didn’t receive amended order confirmation if sent further e mails from company - e-mailed twice more next day Friday 21st August both through online website portal and to their after sales e mail address hiragana nil response . Cases have arrived today one being the amended colour - have checked with Samsonite and DO NEED CORRECT ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS FOR CASES RECEIVED TO REGziSTER FOR 10 YR WARRENTY

Have sent 4th Request for correct receipt , 3 of these being written,

In absence of London Luggage complying am looking at having to take legal action

I purchased a suitcase from Patrick, who was very helpful and informative. It was much better visiting the store in person as one can see the exact specifications of the suitcase rather than having to guess online. It is also helpful that the store is open on Sundays

Following an issue with my luggage being thrown over the side gate, which resulted in the box being damaged, I was initially concerned about the condition of my suitcase. Thankfully, the suitcase itself was not damaged.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Luggage London, and especially Kitty, for the excellent customer service and support. Kitty was amazing throughout and handled the situation professionally and efficiently, which has completely reinstated my confidence in ordering from Luggage London.
