I had the most appalling service and product from this company. I bought a soft duffle bag on wheel for £125 reduced to £50 in the sale for our holiday. On its first excursion the wheel broke which made it inable to be wheeled. I had to carry a very heavy bag and the handle broke.
I contacted them twice by phone and twice in a message(from Italy)No reply.
I finally got through to customer services on my return. I live in Edinburgh. They will only offer a refund in person. I had to buy another bag in Italy. Of course they refused to compensate me for this.
I wanted to use a small independent family firm. Which is this company but they do not have the flexibility and scope to run a decent business. I advise you to use a bigger business. Do not use this one

Good product delivered on time

I've been trying to get my husband to buy a decent suitcase for ages. Finally, after much online research, I selected a brand I thought was best. Then I searched for the best store in London to take him. We went to see Patrick at London Luggage on Grays Inn Road near St Pancras/King's Cross. Patrick was smart enough to show my husband a wide range of price points - and in the end my husband picked exactly the bag I wanted him to! Patrick was great and I highly recommend you go see him.

Great price on suitcases, delivery was fast. Not used case yet, but so far very happy and would definitely recommend.

Competitively priced, very easy to order and a quick timely delivery with clear communication all the way through for peace of mind.

Purchased a Spectrolite 4.0 Underseater Backpack and paid for next day delivery. Contacted LL via their email address option after the luggage hadn't arrived after 4x days to enquire if the item had already been dispatched, the only reply I recieved was a full refund email with NO explanation as to why the item hadn't been sent in the first place?

Poor communication and unprofessional service.

I bought Briggs & Riley backpack, arrived in open box, bag was covered with grease and dirt open and unprotected look worse then l bought a second hand bag. Call the customer service and one extremely rude gentleman who keep calling me “mate” and didn’t want to listen what l have to say, saying “ l am trying to help you mate, l will agree for return” like he is doing me a favour. I gave up, l cannot deal with such hatred and rudeness. I throw away £265. Avoid.

Bought 2 bags for our son. Very helpful staff, beautiful personalisation of both bags and all at a very competitive price. Well worth visiting and also worth noteing they have more stock than is on the shelves so ask if you can't find what your looking for!
