The communication with your workers is tirreble they don't know what job is needed to be done and how to do it or the workers are upset with one others as they the communication is really bad

Have always been satified work work thar has been carried out with L&Q.Have just had new windows and front and back doors .First class work all rpund.

Horrible! No responses to emails or calls, and you never hear back after submitting the form for an IMR property. And yes, I did complete the Microsoft IMR form too!
No matter how many times you call, you’re told the same thing: “We’ll let X know to call you.” And if you ask to speak to X, they always say “X isn’t available.”

We have had a problem with our boiler for over 2 weeks .i have been really patient. We havnt had heating or hot water my husband has copd .
My experience with the service has been frustrating and disappointing. All I would like is to have heating and hot water .we need a new boiler .it is freezing at night .I will have to contact my mp to help .I don't want to do this but enough is enough .all im asking is for a new boiler .we pay our rent every week .Mrs todd

Absolutely disgusted with this housing as they didn’t support me with a dirty carpet left by an engineer. They took the gas engineers word over me as I’m the tenant the gas worker walked all over my cream carpet in dirty boots and left boot prints which they are being denied by l and q I have photographs of time and date yet my complaint has been rejected

Since getting my tenancy L&q have helped a lot my home has serious issues meaning a lot repairs and L&q have slowly been getting these all sorted, I find them helpful when I call or I have an issue

The worst managing agent ever dealing with, just avoid if is possible. I am even planning to sell my property because of L&Q. Hopefully I don’t need to do that because I like my apartment and area.

not helpful for tenants who are deaf or vulnerable. i believe that they could be improved vastly. and for the choices to be lessen.
