The Moortown branch from start were helpful, well informed and professional followed by Yvonne from Head office whose patience, follow up and charm made the purchase smooth, and pleasant.

We knew that Manning Stainton were a Very good organisation and we appointed them to be our agents. We were right. We got the best service ever. Thanks to the whole team. Aslam and Shad

The whole experience was very good. The staff kept me updated with the state of progress.
They provide a support person who helps with the legal process...she was fantastic. The legal process was hideous and took forever...not Mannings fault.

Catherine from the Moortown branch has been fantastic. Initially things were a little slow due to unforeseen staff circumstances but Catherine took over and within a week or so I was in my new home! Communication with her was great and I’m really thankful to her for helping things go so smoothly. After having some difficult personal circumstances myself, I can finally “breathe” so thank you for that. Enjoy the wine and flowers, you deserve them!

Got a buyer very quickly and kept me updated on a regular basis. Rochelle and the rest of the team all very helpful.

Catherine downs has been very professional and helpful making my experience easy without any stress. I will definitely be using manning stainton in the future.

Rochelle and her colleagues provided advice, guidance and reassurance at every stage of the speedy, successful sale of my property.
Thanks so much

Very good service and excellent communication from the team at all stages of my sale. They are a well-established local firm in the Moortown/north Leeds area and I would definitely recommend them.

Good experience with Manning Stainton. My property manager, Louis C, was very helpful, responsive and communication was really good throughout my tenancy.

Very glad of the help from Yvonne in keeping things moving with all parties!

Overall a painless experience

Always kept informed, very helpful, worked hard to sell the house.

I am delighted with the service received from Michelle (Moortown Branch Co-ordinator) and Hannah (New Homes Co-ordinator) when selling my new build property. They managed the sale process well, chasing the lawyers when necessary, liaising with the buyer and keeping me informed throughout. From obtaining planning permission to completing the sale has been a long process and I am greatly indebted to Louise (Moortown Branch) and Dawn (New Homes) for their help and advice during this time.

All the staff at Mannings Moortown that I dealt with were so friendly and went out of their way to make the selling process as stress free as possible, I can’t thank them enough. It was also a bonus not to have to do any viewings and they were always quick to report back on how they went and then follow up the next day too. Special thanks to Michelle and Bailey who always took time to reassure me when things seemed to have slowed, very professional - 29/6/23
