Very helpful, especially our move manager Anne who stayed on top if everything and helped us move as fast as possible.

I like the friendly open approach and flexibility to do business.

Impressive experience. I have been to Moortown office twice. Mr Clough was always professional and ready to help. Cannot expect more. Thank you.

Good communication throughout the house sale and offering a very professional service - thank you Ann. This made the whole process less daunting and less traumatic for the family.

They are keeping me informed when the rent is being paid late, he has been very good at getting the repairs etc completed.

Picked the keys up to my new flat a few days ago. Was a really easy process from start to finish. Found the property on Rightmove and contacted Manning Stainton. Filled out an application form they sent across for the viewing. The person conducting the viewing was on time and gave me information where possible and instructed me who to contact for the info she didn't know. Thomas Clough was great after the viewing and contacted me by phone to complete each of the next stages once I agreed to proceed with the application. Turn around was under a week from the initial viewing. Very happy with the service.

Have been with Mannings for several years. Very happy with property managers Taleb and Megan.

The build up to moving in was a little stressful and we felt like the communication could have been a bit better, however since moving in it has been fantastic. Couldn’t fault the team, in particular our Property Manager Taleb, who responds quickly and so far has supported us get any issues with the property fixed properly and promptly. Thanks Taleb!

Thomas was really helpful and professional.

Taleb, is an excellent at his job and well organised.

Taleb provides an excellent and efficient service on my properties. He also gets the balance right between emails and phone calls.

Michelle did an amazing job again. I would definitely use Mannings again. Thank you so much

Taleb from the property management rest of MS team have provided excellent service over the years!

We've had a great experience renting from Manning Stainton. Louis Craggs has been really efficient and helpful and we've been well looked after. After having some bad experiences with landlords and letting agencies I can safely say that Manning Stainton have been the best by far.

Really efficient and helpful staff especially Lois Cragg who sorted out all our repairs and issues with our property quickly and professionally.
Louis always replied to queries and was really tenant focused and helpful.

We’d like to thank Manning Stainton and Thomas Clough specifically for sorting out our new rental property. The communication and process itself was smooth and done in a professional manner.

Thomas answered all our questions in time and was great in dealing with any queries we had for landlord.

We only hoped the whole procedure could have taken less time, but it was mainly due to unforeseen reasons making sure all the paperwork and legal side of things are dealt correctly.

Highly recommend!

Louis has been an excellent property manager for me over the last 18 months. He is always efficient, great at communicating and always professional. He has been a pleasure to work with and I will miss him managing my properties going forward.

Louis has managed my properties for 2.5 yrs now. He is diligent, conscientious and affable. His communication skills are excellent. I could ring him at anytime and get a helpful response. I am extremely sorry he is leaving. I wish him all the best for his future.
