Thomas Clough provides very great service

Jessica and Michelle were absolutely brilliant. We found them knowledgeable and professional. Also very friendly and helpful.Definitely recommend Manning and Stainton Estate Agents.

Thomas has been very helpful with the letting of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Thomas Clough was really helpful and managed to bring our moving date earlier for us as we needed to move earlier. Thankyou

Had a good customer service

Mannings were excellent on the sale of our property. Charlotte Poutney was our dedicated move manager and she was amazing. Our sale was really complicated and lots of things seemed to go wrong along the way. Charlotte was on the phone every day chasing things through and keeping everyone informed.

We had a lovely agent Tyler Cavanagh who helped us move to our new house. They were very accommodating, patient and understanding especially with all our requests! We had regular and clear updates. They were also very quick in responding! All around a great agency to go with.

Thomas Clough and Tyler were extremely helpful when moving me in to my property. Very quick, efficient and are a great asset to the organization.

Very efficient and helpful service from Thomas clough.

Very professional the process was very quick than I expected. Thank you to Tyler.

Nice communicate to the polite agent who has good memory.

Fantastic from start to finish. All completed in 3 months.

Tom went the extra mile to meet my needs, the service was very good, i couldn't be more satisfied by this service

Michelle from the sales team was proactive in contacting us when the property came on the market and arranged a viewing quickly.
Once the sale was agreed the move mangers Gemma and Rochelle would update us weekly which was very useful. Finally, whenever we had an issue Gemma and Rochelle would follow up with seller or the solicitors to keep things moving along as we had a very tight timeline to meet.

Becky was my allocated sales negotiator and has recently been involved in the sale of my property. She was friendly, professional and has kept me in the loop at all times. She was honest with me and ensured that all feedback from viewings was sent to me in a timely manner. I can't recommend Manning Stainton, in particular Becky enough!!

Rang up today regarding a property , Tyler was very helpful on the phone and helped running me through the process. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a property.

Rochelle and Gemma were brilliant! They provided regular updates to myself and my solicitor and kept me in the loop with any changes/updates
