They just never posted it.

Three working days after ordering there had been no updates on the order. I requested one, and a further working day later, I got a response saying that they had "requested an update" but with no indication of when it would actually be sent.

So after four days of waiting for it to be sent, I gave up and cancelled it, ordered it elsewhere (for less money), with next day delivery.

Won't attempt to use them again.

I have missed the local store so it was nice to able to order from Maplin online. Price was excellent and the delivery charge was very reasonable. Incredibly quick delivery. Very impressed.

Product was good BUT two small connectors were packaged in FOUR unnecessary plastic bags! Have you heard of sustainability and plastic pollution?

Fast delivery with care

Incredible value and amazing customer service. I wanted a genuine Fujifilm battery, ebay seems to be flooded with copies and I wanted to be sure I got the real thing, so I went to Maplin and got one for a little over half the price from Fujifilm, and it was delivered the next day. Absolutely brilliant, thank you!

Had problems with the delivery company but when I contacted Maplin all was explained to my satisfaction and I was rewarded by a refund on the shipping cost!

Bought a usb4 lead 2 weeks ago and yodel decided they couldnt fins the building (never been a problem before) so they reprinted the label and the parcel has never been seen since. Contacted yodel told to contact marlin so I did they said yodel will re attempt delivery this was a week ago now marlin won't respond to any msgs. Yodel says to contact maplin so round and round in circles I go.

The delivery was fast and the product matched the description perfectly.

It actually worked but a bit complicated to install as I have zero tech ability..it needs to get power from the TV which needs both HDMI and USB ports.

I bought an AV to HDMI converter a few days ago, so that I could watch DVDs on my new TV (since it doesn't like the AV cables for some reason), and it arrived on time, for a reasonable price, and works exactly as advertised. Both the sound and picture are coming through no problem at installation. I'm satisfied with both the delivery and the product.

I have bought an instax camera before Christmas which was supposed to be a gift but it has been misdelivered and stolen and maplin customer services refuses to replace the order or refund me. I have lost so much money now especially during this time of year when finance is tough and I’m extremely disappointed. Companies are responsible for your order until it reaches your doorstep and this hadn’t even reached my doorstep. Very very upset and disappointed:-((((

AA Batteries - When delivered were loose in the bag. Box they were meant to be contained in was broken. Not sure what this means to the batteries through potential polar contact. Not sure if this is a packaging problem or a distribution problem

Full marks. Delivered in perfect condition and left with a neighbour, with a card through the door to let me know.

My items were delivered days early even though it's the busy Xmas period and with care and attention I will definitely be using this online retailer again.
