Did not know these batteries could be available to seek out and change when possible quite cheap n quick to order and receive

The tracking devise wasn’t straightforward but I managed to work out that my parcel would arrive between 15-10 and 16-10. It didn’t arrive. Then at 16-50 I looked again and saw that eta was between 16-10 and 17-10. Again it didn’t arrive. Then at 17-30 I looked again and it said that an attempt was made at 15-10 to deliver but there was no answer so the parcel will be delivered the next day.
Well, my wife was at home the whole time and had put our three dogs in the kitchen for 3 hours so they wouldn’t bark at the delivery driver.
The next day, I did not get a notification when the parcel would be delivered and my wife found the parcel in the afternoon on our doorstep. The delivery driver didn’t attempt to alert the household of the delivery at the time.
He showed that he was quite prepared just to dump expensive equipment on the doorstep today so why didn’t he do the same the previous day (if he actually came to our house) ?

USB-C to DisplayPort cable ordered Tuesday afternoon, delivered to me on Friday - simple and low cost. Replaced a cable that had broken.

I ordered the wrong cables and needed to return them. I received an email response from an actual person within 2 hours of asking how to do the return and a follow up email soon after. All sorted within a day and the quality of their products is really good. Definitely worth paying a little more (but not unreasonable prices) for things that actually work and excellent customer service. I wish they still had shops I could go to. Great company.

Very quick delivery and a superb flight case.
I have been very impressed with Maplin. I placed my order for this very, very reasonably priced flight case on Tuesday and it arrived 2 days later, well packed and protected.
I compared many sites to get the best value, and Maplin beat literally every other retailer massively hands down!
I needed this to carry, transport. and protect props for my performance, the quality is 10/10.
I needed another 2 and will be ordering again very soon.

Extremely quick delivery and the binoculars are top draw for bird watching.

I sent the customer service team an email about a specific product (wifi dongle) and a simple yes/no question. I immediately received an email advising that they'd received my query.

24 hours hours later I had heard nothing back.

Kept up to date with delivery progress so I was able to make sure I was in when it arrived. Superb service.

SCART to HDMI box/cable - works perfectly to connect old VHS to tv with only HDMI input. Needed for viewing old home movies . Don’t be tempted to buy cheap versions of eBay - I found out the hard way that you get what you pay for, that said the purchase from Maplin was more than responsibly priced.

I bought this for my travels, having 1 charging device for all my devices saves me carrying plugs and adapters (only need 1 adapter). Tried this at home in the UK to charge a battery pack and iPhone, the next day I noticed a light brown staining at the back of the device (A/C power lead end)

Website easy to use and get around with plenty of impartial info and details to choose the binoculars I was looking to buy for my wife. I was able to buy a pair of Praktica with the same specs. that she used previously but a lighter weight. Happy to say she loves them and can't wait to use them properly. It was easy to order online, happy with the price, with a great delivery time.

The Online ordering was easy and price reasonable.
on receiving goods quality is also good.
But notification of goods delivery very poor.
got confirmation of order on 22 April. goods delivered on 6 May, after goods delivered got 2 emails confirming goods were out for delivery then got email stating goods delivered, all within a period of 15 minutes.
