Took my money but didn’t receive goods
Parcel hasn’t arrived or moved from the warehouse. Needed this for a certain day as it was a gift. Ordered with plenty of time and it’s now way over the estimated days. Support has told me they will look into it but no update so clearly they are not. Absolutely awful!
Edit- James my estimated delivery date was Friday - Monday. We are now on Wednesday. This is not my original delivery date. I ordered an item from Turkey and it got to me quicker than the item I ordered from you that was from the UK. Please do better

I'm sorry that you're not happy with how we've handled this, it looks like this was delivered within your original delivery estimate window of 2-4 working days as it was shipped on our standard shipping service. As this was ordered on a Thursday, 2-4 working days would place the last day on a Wednesday when it was delivered. We do not offer any next-day service at this time, so I'm not sure where the confusion regarding delivery on Friday would have come from.
Please do let us know if you have any further issues.

Never received an order, support is horrible
Ordered for £110 on 16/03, never received. communication is very poor - no time frame, never get back even to say they are still working on it or something in progress. They write only after I leave a messages on the site. It feels like they don't care, if not worse. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying
